We stayed here on a family vacation. One day was not enough. Parking and finding how to get there was a little difficult due to the directions of the streets. So, we just used Valet. That was well worth the money. Also, the bellhop was very nice and made sure our luggage was at our door as soon as he knew our room number. My family was not expecting the FAST life of the city streets. Overall the hotel was in the PERFECT spot for shopping. Easy to get a cab to see near sights. I want to go back already.

It was right where the Chicago Marathon passed by so our grandkids saw their dad in action in Mile Marker 1 and Mile Marker 12. It’s also very close to shopping and so many restaurants.

We stayed at the Marriott for our 25th wedding anniversary. Paula at check in was very very helpful and pleasant. Each person we came across was very pleasant and helpful. The staff in the hotel is very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. I would recommend, the newly renovated Marriott to all my friends and family.

Although the location was excellent for shopping and getting on public transportation to Wrigley Field, there was a lack of adequate staff for Friday mid-afternoon check-in. It probably took over 40 minutes, and we had timed ticket for an event. We couldn't believe that this hotel doesn't provide free wifi. Wrigley Field manages to provide free wifi for 36,000 people for the cost of a baseball ticket. In 2022, why can't Marriott include free wifi in the cost of the room? Much less expensive chains routinely include it. We had very noisy children in the adjacent room about 11:20 at night. It took security about half an hour after I called the front desk to make it to their room. Things quieted down immediately after security's arrival.

Excellent location for family vacation!!! Safe and easy access to/from the hotel. Within walking distance to some of the best family oriented activities in Chicago. Perfect location to enjoy a little retail therapy and indulge in some of Chicago best cuisines!!!
