The cleaning staff needs help. They came the first day left no towels, didn’t clean the floor or coffee cups or etc. the last 3 days we had no Kleenex but waited to see if they would notice. A family with children were placed in the room next door. They were awful. One of their children screeched and cried for house. The first night it was 10 p and tv was so loud we could more than hear every word. And kids screaming along. Small children could never sleep with that kind of noise. This went on Saturday and Sunday nights. The desk clerk tried but the walls are so thin I suppose it couldn’t be helped. Certainly the hotel was. It worth $300 per night.

Quaint, small hotel. The room was clean and the staff was over the top, amazingly friendly. Beach was an easy walk and my kids loved swimming at the pool. They are close to driftwood beach and if you go, bring loads of mosquito repellant and water shoes. There are lots of sharp rocks. If you want to swim, keep to the beach at the resort. No mosquitoes or rocks at the resort.

We stayed at this property 15 years ago, and wow...the new management has truly knocked it out of the park with the boutique-style renovations and classy service. From the welcoming glass of bubbly at check-in to the sparkling-clean room and the crystal-clear pool complete with cabana-style seating and firepit, our stay could not have been better. Thoughtful touches such as the abundance of baby-soft towels and mini-fridge stocked with free juices/soda/water were much appreciated. Diane and Will went above and beyond in the hospitality department. Truly a gold-star experience.

Very nice stay! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. William was excellent and made my kids feel very welcomed as well.
