Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jekyll Island

This was our family’s first time in the area and we absolutely loved it! We’re looking forward to making this a regular vacation spot!

The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly however the furniture was outdated. This was a family getaway. I'm disabled and couldn't get down to the beach because the beach access was Treacherous for me… I had prepaid two room,scheduled to stay 7 day, which was NON-REFUNDABLE. We left two days early because I was trapped most if the time in my room. I ask all the right questions when booking the two rooms, can I get ocean view/front. I ask multiple times and was told multiple times I would have a great view, I paid a higher fee for ocean view, however you can't see the ocean from the rooms because of sand dunes, I couldn't get to the ocean because there was no access for disabled persons. $240.+ a night adds up especially when you're paying that times two. I would be remiss in not saying however that the hotel itself did NOT mislead me it was a booking service. However when you try to book a room and check the internet its almost impossible to get the direct information for a hotel as the booking company ate the first thousand listings.

The appearance of the hotel from the road is very motel 6, but the inside of the rooms give a different perception. The rooms are very modern with updated appliances. The facility is very clean, close to the beach, but also provides pool access.I will consider this property in the future but definitely recommended it to friends and family.

It was great for family friendly gatherings and business as well. The breakfast is wonderful!

Loved that it was reasonably priced, right on the beach and nice staff. The breakfast quantity and variety was good but the quality could have been a bit better. The options of arriving early and leaving late was a nice little bonus. The construction that was going on will solve the issue of space. I can not wait to come back next March with family and stay in a suite. Loved my stay!

Great location, great view of the beach and wonderful area. The room was fair, nothing good or bad. Parking is easy. Location is near the central market area but just far enough away for peace and quiet. Beach is wonderful. The facility is very clean outside. Wonderful breakfast! Nice view from the breakfast area and the staff working there are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed 3 great nights and just loved the area for the serene beach, you can walk for miles on this tranquil, clean beach, it's family friendly with huge level sandy areas and very clean water with barely any waves.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were nice and knowledgeable, the room was really nice we were right on the beach! There were not a lot of people on the beach because it was private. They have two pools one was smaller and was only 5ft and the other was larger and went to 8ft. The smaller pool did have a HOT TUB and a smaller pool that was 1 ft for kiddies! There was very nice breakfast all together really enjoyed our stay! We plan to go back soon ❤️

Love this place. Great for the family and close to the beach.
