Wonderful trip except the breakfast area didn’t have high chairs. Listed as family friendly, high chairs would’ve sure helped with two little toddlers. The staff members were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. We had an electrical issue and it was corrected promptly.

Wonderful trip with the great grands to Zoo Atlanta. Very comfortable stay. Could not believe there weren’t high chairs in the breakfast area, supposed to be a family friendly hotel. We had some electrical issues and they were handled promptly. The staff members were always friendly and helpful!

The rooms are average but the staff made my stay most enjoyable. I got in late with 2 kids in tow and there were a few hiccups in my room. The staff helped as much as they could and wjat they couldnt resolve, they took care of first thing in the morning.

Clean hotel. Pricey for the room. We stayed there for a family functions in the area. I think a lot of other guests were there for their family functions as well. Breakfast was adequate, but we've stayed at for less expensive hotels that served a far better breakfast.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had a sudden death in the family and I only stayed 2 out of the 4 nights I had originally planned. Despite multiple attempts at contacting the manager, I have yet to speak with anyone regarding a possible refund or credit. It has been weeks, and no one will call or email me back.

There is something special about this hotel. It’s the staff. They are the heart of the place, and they were so kind and friendly and ever-present. You could tell that they were working together as a team to make the hotel run well. Everything was impeccably clean, and this is coming from a clean-freak who disinfects her whole airplane seat every time she flies.
We were traveling with my handicapped father, and the hotel upgraded him to a suite, got him a desk lamp upon request, and outfitted his bath with a shower chair.
The beds were super comfortable. I would buy those same pillows for my own bed.
The breakfast was free and filling for our family. Warm potatoes and eggs every morning, waffle makers with fresh whipped cream, and fresh fruit. Plus cereal, oatmeal, bread and bagels.
Oh, And the free laundry was a huge bonus for our week-long stay. You buy the soap and do as many loads as you need to. Great for daily trips to the pool.
The walkability of the hotel is also a big highlight. Many great restaurants and stores are nearby, as well as public transportation into the city.
Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat.

My kids and I stayed here over Spring Break and really enjoyed everything it had to offer! My kids loved the pool, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

This is pretty close to DeKalb international market, Indian shopping and dining options while also close to Emory University and Georgia Tech for college visits for kids.

Everything was great. Breakfast was awesome. I think staff at breakfast area could be more welcoming. They closed breakfast area 2 minutes before closing time which is fine but they literally shut the door in face of 2-3 families with not a single word or expression. I felt it was cold.
