Wylie Hotel

The Wylie was beautiful and the staff was VERY friendly and attentive. Although there is a lot of construction in the area, it is very close to shopping and dining. The construction may make it a little difficult to walk around, especially when with an elderly family member. The staff was incredibly helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

I purchased 3 days stay and I went second day. There was a very rude and unskilled agent and we wait more than one hour and we realized that they sold our room for another customer. And I couldn’t get my questions answer yet. This was non refundable 3 days payment. Why they sold my room to another customer. Even I can come late or not I paid 3 days amount. They did not refund my money and they did not help me. I waited more than 1,5 hour at the night time after 2:00 am and I went another hotel. This is small hotel, their employees are not professional. If you don’t want headaches chose different hotels. With my two kids I had very bad experience.
