I booked the room at this hotel based on reviews. When I got there, I was really disappointed. The first room was smelly, the bathroom door was keep opening. They moved ou to a different room. The toilet overflowed and I needed to ask 3 times for someone to come to clean the floor bathroom. We went to have some breakfast and we waited 45 minutes. Next to us is was a Spanish family that had a special treatment… the food came in 10 min, they had water .without asking…and more. Overall the service was poor, except the guy that did the check in… he was very nice . I was disappointed and I will never book a room at this hotel again.

Most of the staff were really nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend Circa 39 in Miami. It’s family-friendly also it’s close to the beach

This place is super cute! Left kids at home for romantic getaway. Didn’t feel crowded or overwhelming. Cozy! The bed was comfortable and the pool nice and warm! There are iguanas around the pool that are entertaining. Hector the bartender was great! Beach chairs and umbrella included on the beach. Wouldn’t recommend family with kids. Kids would be bored.

Hotel was listed as adults only and there were numerous kids around. Resort fee is ridiculous. Small pool.

Overall, the stay was ok. We were disappointed in the service and the cleanliness. We inquired about the free upgrade, so that we could have an adjoining room with our family, but we’re told there were no rooms available, yet there were rooms showing available online. The restaurant staff was very friendly, but the reception desk couldn’t have cared less about us. The general cleanliness was ok, but we dropped a towel on the floor and it was covered in dust and dirt, so it seems there is no deep cleaning. We wouldn’t use the hotel again.

The staff was just amazing. So sweet and make the place even more special! The manager too So humane God knows we need that now more than ever!! The atmosphere was perfect !!!! I will be back with my child asap!!! The only negative i would say was the noise of your neighbors up and next to you but we used a white noise on phone and boum perfect Thank you all guys for this magical time with you We miss you already!
