This is a great place to stay if you want to hang out by the beach. Mellow vibe, nice pool, fun for kids as well. Easy walk or bike to restaurants

Amazing views, location, food, everything! Top notch! Got a great deal on an oceanfront room in Hotels.com. It was worth booking thru the app. The hotel had a resort vibe with two pools, a hot tub and a beachside bar with great food and drinks. Would recommend for solo travelers but it was also family friendly and group friendly. It even has an adult only pool as well. Great service. Multiple restaurants on site and bike and umbrella rentals offered in your stay!

I will not be staying at this property again. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was hair in the shower, bedding and floor. There were water spots on the counter tops and mirrors. There were a few bugs crawling around as well. The adult pool has reserved seats that they charge $350 for. It takes up more than a quarter of the pool directly where the sun is. Guests are relegated to the shade or the children’s pool. Pool management is argumentative and incapable it providing an accommodation. They severely lack customer service which is disappointing.

Absolutely fabulous service. The hotel is quiet
which we preferred an adult pool only and a family pool. Excellent food great breakfast included.
Beach chairs included and the beach service was great!

My boyfriend and I had a great time and would stay here again. Overall a great price for a luxury hotel with these amenities. The hotel is cute and had an art deco vibe. The staff was friendly and gave us umbrellas when it rained. The beach chairs included were great. We parked at a lot across the street and it was easy to find street parking when our 24 hours ended. We walked from the hotel to Ocean Drive and stopped to check out every unique art deco hotel lobby. Why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 - someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next to us and the smell came through the vents into our room. We called and reported it to the front desk. They said they'd send someone up to check it out. We waited, but no one came after 30-45 min. Eventually we wanted to go about our day, so we left the window open for airflow. We mentioned the smell again on our way out, and asked if we could switch rooms. They said they were at capacity so we could not, but talked to the room we thought the smell was coming from and asked them to stop. The fresh air from the window cleared the smell and we didn't have the issue again. We stayed in November 2023 and the main pool was under construction. It makes the outdoor facilities a little less attractive. There was some construction noise in the day. The second pool is usually only adults, but it was kids too due to construction. It was a little crowded, but not enough to stop us from enjoying ourselves.

We decided to try The Cadillac instead of our normal go-to hotels. We were very disappointed to find the main pool under construction. There was a very small pool open that is labeled Adults Only. We were told we could take our kids, but the adults around the pool were not nice about it. The hotel could be a nice place, but overall the level of customer service from the manager was very poor. She very much did not seem eager to please the guests. When checking out today, a woman in front of me said her stay was a disaster. Another couple was complaining as they checked out. Given that the price point is the same as nicer hotels that offer more and aim to please their guests, I will choose another hotel next time.

The hotel is located in a nice part of Mid Beach. The hotelstaff incl. bellman, poolstaff and housekeeping are very nice and helpful.
There is a free trolley bus going to south beach and across is CVS if you want to buy drinks, snacks or other things.
Love the pool with lounge music, they have complimentary water, sunscreen and shaved ice cones for kids, sometimes they also bring fruit.
Behind the hotel is a boardwalk, were you can run, go for walks or bike.
Also it is nice to use the bikes but keep in mind it is first come, first serve. They also have a gym.
We love the smell when you enter the hotel.
The only thing is the parking, but that is with all the hotels, prices vary on the beach. $49 per night also a resort fee of $35. That adds up if you stay for 9 nights and all the tips.
The doors by the pool restrooms can use some paint.
And not sure what happened with the items for housekeeping. Somedays they are short on items they don't have coffee, washcloths or water bottles?
You leave tip for housekeeping, but they can't refill the items.
But, when I call in the evening, someone from housekeeping can bring the items to the room.
I hope the hotel will pick up these things, because it is a beautiful hotel, with lovely people.

They sold out of our room, so the first night they gave us a ridiculously small room. They also gave us a key to a room that was already occupied so we opened the door to a family already in there (at 2am). We got ZERO compensation for this mistake and the embarrassment of walking in on someone at 2am. All this is after I called and confirmed that we had a lare flight getting us in after 1am.
