Was super bummed this stay— my kiddos and I stayed 10 days prior and it was so fabulous!! This time, our shower never got warm and it smelled like weed/ food and cigarettes:/ we didn’t get in until super late so we didn’t complain, but next time (hopefully there won’t be a negative time) I’ll be more vocal.

Stay was great. Room next door had some loud screaming toddler but that’s not the hotels fault! Nice clean room and facility.

The lady checking me in was very friendly and quickly saw that my family loves to joke around and joined in joking with us (like my mom, even told me to go to my room.) She was great! To check in took me a whole 5 minutes for two rooms...so yeah was quick and easy.

I checked in on Friday around 11:45pm as my flight got delayed. Check in was fast. There were human hairs all over the bathroom floor along with a soda can lid. The living room carpet and the couch had pet hairs all over. My one year old baby was already asleep so I didn’t ask to change the room. The next day even after complaining at the front desk the room didn’t get cleaned. When I came back after sightseeing everything was same, after complaining again at 9pm in the night they changed my room. It took me 6-8 trips back n forth from the previous room to this new room to move the stuff in which I also had to move the bug heavy crib myself. None of their doors are except the front entrance work. Wherever you park on the property you have to walk all the way to the front to get inside. The sad part is they do not inform at the time of check in. We stayed for four nights and every single day after coming back in the evening the room keys did not work. Every single night my husband had to get the keys replaced. They do not tell any of this at the time of check in. The hotel furniture is in such a worn out condition. I mean Motel 6 are in much better condition than this. Do not get deceived by the external looks of the property. I would never ever stay at this property again. My baby is used to crawl all over the floor and it was so disgusting and unsafe for him. It was a horrible and painstaking experience for me.

We got a room with a king and a pull-out bed. The pull-out mattress was stained and smelled and we could not, in good conscience, ask the kids to use it. It was more like cardboard than a bed. There was a wadded-up paper towel underneath, also, when we pulled out the bed. There was no bedding for the bed. When we asked for bedding, they said they were short of bedding. My daughter eventually got some. We paid for a room for 4 people but only had 2 towels in the room. Very disappointed in our initial encounter with the hotel.

The reviews on this place seem to have gone down since the last time I stayed there a couple of years ago but I decided to give it another shot. I stayed the night before and the night after my flight. Overall, I had a very positive experience. It was kind of loud in the hallways the first night with a baby crying and other people making noise, also some pot smell despite being a non smoking hotel. But it had all the amenities I needed for a decent price. My room was clean and comfortable both nights. Will probably stay again!

Pool was not working and our family booked this hotel for the kids to have fun. Checked in on Friday and they didn’t pick up garbage from our room, they only do housekeeping the 3rd day. Pullout couch was horrible and there were no sheets or extra blankets for it. Elevator wasn’t working on the last day.

Nice place to stay near the airport with shuttle service. However, the morning breakfast ended at 8:00. By 7:45 almost all the food was gone from the buffet and was not refilled. The waffle makers were a mess and couldn't be used. My daughter had nothing but cold cereal to feed her children.

There were so many issues,I don't know where to begin. Upon entry of the room, a strong musty odor just punched us in the face. I assume the cleaning lady tried to air it out because, when my family and I arrive the door was open. Which made us feel very uncomfortable.( Why was the door just open ) First, I will like to point out how unsafe our room was. The lock on the room had clearly been forcible broken off and then re-attached. (Barley hanging on the door)You can see the plaster around the lock. The bathroom latch was broken off also, as if someone had been previously attacked in that room. Also the sink was cracked. The bath tub had a dirt ring around the tub, which grossed us out. I had to personally reclean the bathroom to feel comfortable enough to use it. The sheets on the beds had wholes in them. The beds were extremely uncomfortable to sleep in because the mattresses were so lumpy and worn out. I sunk in the middle when I laid down. ( I only weighed 135lbs) I was upset to find out about the $10.00 per night parking fee ,they change. The front desk lady told me all hotels charge but that was a lie. We checked the surrounding hotels and they did not charge. Last year, we stayed at the Stay bridges on the same street and they didn't charge for parking. Besides the lumpy and worn out mattress, it was difficult to get a good nights rest because, it was so noisy. The walls are so thin we could here everything going on in the hall and in the rooms next door. Ther
