Only a one night stay to catch an early morning flight but it did the job.. nice room, loved the huge shower I didn’t feel cramped up.. the front desk clerk was super nice and took care of me and my family right away.

The shuttle took us from the airport straight to the hotel. It’s located in walking distance of Starbucks and some restaurants. Staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean. I was traveling with two children and felt safe in this hotel/area.

Really disappointing stay. Booked Mountain View, woke up with a completely obstructed window… could see the mountains if standing on the bed.
We booked this hotel due to the airport shuttle and called ahead to confirm shuttle would be running when our flight landed at 10:45 pm. As soon as we landed, we called the Wingate and were told the airport shuttle was getting gas and would be arriving in 25 mins and to report to the pickup location. Took us about 20 mins to get to the “island 3” pickup location, when we arrived we called the Wingate front desk again to find out the exact location and color of the van, only to be told it had just left the airport and would be coming back through to pick us up (doubt it). 40 mins LATER (now 11:50pm) we again called the Wingate to ask about the van only to be told that it was not running and to find a different way. Thankfully another hotel van service that had passed us numerous times, stopped, felt bad and took our family to the Wingate. When we finally checked in around 12:30 AM no one apologized or acknowledged the issue. Highly disappointed and our family was almost left stranded at the Denver airport due to the Wingates front desk and lack of communication.

The elevators were outdated. The TV in the room did not work. Overnight shuffle is not as dependable as daytime BUT baby, the shower and the bed after a long flight supersedes all that. Plus, the staff is outstanding. Rachel is a gem.

I like pretty much everything! Staff are very nice! Just one thing was when we checked in the room; it smells cigarette which is just disappointing because it’s a non-smoking property and we are traveling with our newborn and toddler. Hope next time won’t happen again. I would still consider it a place to stay. Hope next time won’t happen again.

My family of four (including two children) arrived at this property around midnight, very tired from a long flight and knowing that we would only be able to sleep for 3 hours (before heading back to the Denver airport). The front desk gave us keys to room #226. My wife and daughter entered the room. Suddenly, a man in his underwear jumped out of bed, screamed the most terrifying sound in the world (more like an angry bear than a human!), and ran at us. My wife and daughter screamed with horror. My son ran down the hall terrified. My wife and daughter ran for the elevator. I panicked and thought that a physical altercation was about to occur (I've never fought anyone in my life!).
What if the guy in "our room" (it was probably his room too!!) would have had a gun - or tackled my wife? The amount of things that could have gone horribly wrong in this situation is terrifying.
Given our hight timeline before leaving for the airport again, we had no choice but to check into a different room (on a different floor) - but only after the front desk lady checked the room to make sure it was empty!! My kids checked the locks on the door three times. None of us slept at all - too traumatized.
My family is already showing signs of post traumatic stress.

The staff was great. Dabriel, in particular, was awesome! We arrived early and she was able to get us in our room quickly. Our stay was uneventful until the last night when it became obvious how thin the walls were between rooms as we had to listen to a very loud young child up all hours at night crying and playing. The location was ideal for us since we were within walking distance of MSG and overall we were happy with the hotel.

Everything was ok for us. Cleanliness and all, but my biggest thing was our ac and fridge did not work and we checked in late into the night because our flight landed late and we were too exhausted. Especially since our toddler was already asleep. But the room was so hot and we couldn’t do anything about it.
