Great check in process. Room was ready early and my family of 6 was able to enjoy our last night in Denver in our two queen suite. All staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I've stayed here twice on either end of an out of town trip. the first time the room was clean and perfect. so we came back after a late flight and the toilet seat was missing a cover and loose. and one bed was broken. it was 11 and the last room and as we were just staying the night with little kids I let it go. but those items are easy enough to fix or the room shouldn't be rented. there must be 3000 hotel rooms on tower road. I would think for the higher end of price it would be functional

We were a family of four travelling on a red eye in reverse from Charlotte and this place was just what we needed, staff were lovely on site and the late night staff were helpful on the phone.

This property is run down and not what I would expect from this brand. When I checked in my room was dirty, there were coffee grounds all over the counter, crumbs in the corners, trash on the bathroom floor, and some brown substance on the walls near the bed. I spoke with the front desk and they were very accommodating and gave us a new room. The second room was cleaner but the pillows on the beds were wet. We then got a third room, again they were accommodating, and told us that the sheets for the second bed (pullout couch) would be in our room when we came back from dinner. We come from dinner and still no sheets. We had spent six hours in the car with two small kids, had a full day of travel the next day, and I spent at least an hour and a half with these shenanigans. I appreciated that we didn’t have to pay for the upgrades and that staff were accommodating but I won’t return to this brand in the future.

We stayed one night and while I expected to have a pet fee I did not expect it to be $100 per stay. If we stayed multiple nights I would be ok but I almost paid more for the dog to stay than for my entire family to stay. Then we get to the room and our water was white. I mean I can’t see through it kind of white. Thankfully we carry gallons of water in our car so we were able to get our dog water. Then the door to the bathroom had some obvious abuse with paint nicks and I’m not sure if it was their choice of paint and tile but I just got the feeling that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned really. Beds were comfy enough. Oh and the only curtains that prevent someone from seeing in are shear so hope you get a room on a higher floor. I’ve stayed at double tree twice before and was excited to stay again but probably won’t stay at a double tree again because of this.

They charge $12 to park in an unsecure parking lot with no gates - total rip off. They also did have their signature cookies available in the morning or the evening we checked in. The kids waited 15 minutes in the morning for them only to be told they forgot to put them in the oven.

The reason you stay at an airport hotel is because of the free transportation to the airport when you have an early flight. So I check in and they inform me "at 4:30 AM there will be no room on the shuttle bus." I was like ... "you have to be kidding me?" So at 4:30 in the AM I had to call an UBER that cost me 25 bucks. While I waited I saw the hotel van pull up. The driver sat there. Bus was empty. Thanks Hilton. I will never stay there again.

How can a hotel charge $12.00 to park in their lot. What are you supposr to do? Park on the street? Does one with reservations have an option? Shameful of Hilton to take advantage of their clients. I will pass this info on to my friends and family and not use Hilton again!
