I worked with Valerie for a room suitable for my family which includes 4 young kids. She was great and very supportive, which was super appreciative when traveling with kids. The room was clean but definitely needed upgrading - marks on walls, some of the outlets/usb plug in were not working. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small but my kids had fun. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

Sweet P at the front desk is amazing. She helped us check in much sooner than expected which made the experience amazing. Give that gal a raise and promotion. She loves her job and was so kind to my children. Nevaeh at night was NOT pleasant, seemed like she is not a good fit for customer service. I am sure she has talents for other type of work. The rooms are great. However you can hear a lot of other guests above and on the sides. Needs better sound proofing.

Extremely comfortable for the family and friends travel. Very clean, bid enough for more family members than 2. Breakfast is good too.

Our son stayed with his wife and twin 1-year old babies. The staff provided 2 cribs for the babies, which was so helpful. The room(s) were extremely clean. The hotel was very clean and the staff was professional, courteous, and friendly.

Our family of 6 had a nice one night stay prior to heading to Breckenridge. There was plenty of room for all of us. Shuttle pickup from airport was fast and there are nice restaurants within walking distance.

Very roomy which was great for myself and four kids. Would have liked a hot tub. My shuttle reservation got canceled by the front desk unfortunately and had to go late. I payed to park there for a week and then getting a shuttle back from the airport was a nightmare. No one spoke good english which Im quite patient with but the airport is loud and communication was bad when someone finally answered and said 15minutes. It took 30 minutes which meant waiting 15 minutes outside in the freezing wind with four little kids. We even had two separate shuttle drivers offer us a ride but I said no because I was told 15 minutes. I definitely wont use the parking and shuttle again. I should have paid only $2 more per day for the airport parking.

Shuttle TO and FROM airport, free parking (we rented a car for part of our stay), complimentary hot beverages, sink, fridge and kitchen supplies. large room with lots of storage space so kids and I weren't on top of each other. Also cute curtain divider between living room and bedroom.

We reserved a double Queen room so could crash during a long travel layover in mid February. Arrived and they only have single King bed rooms. And no shuttle space for hours to get my family back to the airport in the morning.

While I really liked the hotel, I had booked it because the description said it had a "full kitchen" - however, my room only had a microwave and refrigerator. Considering I have a child with significant food allergies, the inability to use a cooktop was problematic.
