The room was fine, as you would expect a Springhill. I felt totally taken advantage of when they charged me $20 for parking. If I was staying in a city or at the base of the mountain, I would expect to pay for parking, but this hotel is remotely located off the side of the highway. There is no way to access the hotel without a car. And it is not a transparent charge— it was buried deep in the website. The breakfast was bad enough that even my children would not eat it.

I like Homewood because we always get a suite. It is nice when having the bed in a separate room in case someone is in the kitchen or watching tv, it will not disturb the ones that want to sleep. They always have good breakfast. And a swimming pool is a plus for the little ones.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of the lobby, great amenities, satisfying breakfast, and friendly staff. Check-in was a breeze, beds are comfortable and the kitchenette is great! My kids and I had a blast here and felt at home. Will definitely book again.

At one in the morning they gave me the key to a room that was occupied and then they gave me a room with a sofa bed. Either they refunded my money or they sent me back to the airport. and I was with my two children.

The shuttle bus took us to an entirely different Homewood Suites, without making it clear that there are two at the airport. After getting an Uber to the right one we found our room was not made up for four (although the booking was clear) so had to get reception to give us sheets and make our own bed up. Not ideal after a delayed ten hours flight with kids.
