This hotel is having problems finding staff and it is hurting the experience. Although the hotel has a restaurant it does not open when scheduled. After flying from the eastern time zone we needed food for 8 hungry children. The hotel restaurant was supposed to open by 4:00 and by 4:30 we left and walked to a restaurant.

We always enjoy staying at Embassy hotels. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is always perfect to feed our children and ourselves. We will continue staying the Embassy hotels.

My husband and I, along with our two kids, stayed here after a flight into DIA. The man working the bar was not friendly and forgot our order. We waited for 40 minutes for two items we ordered for the kids. At breakfast the next morning, the woman working the omelette station was working alone, which was terrible for her as it was a Sunday morning and very busy. We have never stayed at an Embassy suites that charges for parking. Which was fine minus the sign hanging up that they have had vehicles stolen recently so the facility and management are not responsible for any damage or stolen property. But yet they are charging to park in an area they can’t keep secure. We typically love Embassy Duites, but this stay was a disappointment overall.

My family were quite impressed with the size of the living room area. Breakfast was good! Definitely would stay there again.

Upon checking in there was no mention of the pool and hot tub being closed. We specifically booked this hotel for those amenities back in July. We discovered it was closed when our kids attempted to go swimming. We asked if there was a discounted rate and was blatantly told no. That next morning when taking a shower our room had no hot water. After going to the front desk we were told in order to get warm water you have to run the sink and shower both on hot at the same time and wait 15 minutes before the water would be warm. The final disappointment was when we attempted to order dinner at the hotel restaurant at 9:04p one night because our menu in the room said the kitchen closed at 10pm. We were informed after sitting there for quite awhile and finally going to ask someone that in fact the kitchen closed at 9 pm since COVID and we would be unable to eat dinner there. That left us scrambling to find somewhere to feed our kids without having to drive there because the parking lot often times was so full that there was no open spots to park (even though we paid to park there).

We were surprised by how nice and comfortable this hotel was. Very clean, spacious, and the staff was wonderful. We stayed in a King suite and used the pull-out double sofa for our kids, and we all slept well. The lobby restaurant was loud into the night, so we brought a sound machine to take care of that noise so our kids could sleep. The breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay here with our family again!

When we arrived from a kate flight the hitel had given away our prepaid room so we had to seperate my family into two rooms on two different floors. I wasnt happy about this also this is the first embassy outside of a city where i had to pay for parking which i felt was a rip off
