I got mistreated due to my child having autism and him crying . I got multiple calls from receptionist. I tried to explain why he had cried but she didnt care. I paid extra for breakfast and didn’t get to eat due to her calling over his crying. Definitely not a kid place and not sensitive over a disability such as Autism

We went to Goleta to meet our first grandchild. This Hilton is closest to there my daughter’s house. It was perfect for us, clean, good location, nice employees, free parking, and a rooftop bar!

Everything about this hotel is great: the staff, the roof-top bar and bistro, the cleanliness, a location close to very good restaurants and shopping, and the hotel is all still quite new and modern. Should I stay here again, which I probably will as I have family a mile away, I will request a room in the back. My room faced the front, towards a well trafficked road and the landing approach for the airport. I was unable to sleep past 5:30 AM due to traffic and airplane noise. This hotel needs to invest in triple-paned windows plus noise insulation on the front facing rooms.

The front desk lady, Melanie, was amazing. She was super nice and helpful. She helped us check in and also there was a lady wanted to cut in front of us and told us she only needed amenities so we did not want to say no, but Melanie told her we were ahead of her. She also greeted us every time we left and came back. The room’s bathroom door however was super heavy and we couldn’t leave it open and the garbage can was not heavy enough to hold it so the door kept closing on us. Need to be careful if you have young kids.
