Location is very convenient to everything, kids approved as the Marina and the park is across the street and just with the Village. Property is outdated but very clean and pet friendly

Book the Robinhood - not familiar with the area but it was literally walking distance from everything- HEADS UP it's so hard to get Ubers/Lyfts anywhere in town , Our truck broke down going up and the hotel staff was so helpful- and accommodating... but we did Uber to snow play and couldn't get back .. but the hotel was centrally located so we were able to walk to restaurants/ shops / bowling & the alpine coaster ( my kids loved that - definitely a must do up there )

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, cute little hotel, but the people above us sounded like they were having a party and trying to come through the ceiling! A little kid was running around and pounding on the floor late into the night making it hard to fall asleep. Not much in the way of blankets to keep warm. But pleasant front desk worker and clean hotel room!

Dog friendly! Did not want to rent a house for a quick weekend trip to Big Bear. This place hits the spot. Price is economy, location is central, and hotel is as expected for a mountain cabin-like setting. We’ve been here twice which speaks wonders as my wife and kids are usually pretty picky. Only complaint is noise insulation is not great. So be sure to tire yourselves out before going to bed.

I have being to Big Bear like every year sometimes twice a year. I have used cabines with family, and different hotels around the lake and the village. But I loved that one, and would recommend it to family and friends.

Excellent place to stay with the family. Close proximity to the village, friendly staff who checked us in late and answered a bunch of questions, and parking was a breeze.

Robinhood Resort exceeded our expectations. The premium two bed, with fireplace, fridge, and microwave is perfect for a family with children, who may need to reheat food or refrigerate food. The room was extremely spacious. Although a hotel/resort, it felt like a small cabin. It was also walking distance to the village. We booked prior to the storm so to our surprise there was snow in early November. We had a great time in Big Bear and at the Robinhood Resort and we will definitely be returning and staying here!
