Great location, short drive to attractions but off main road so nice and quiet. Cabin clean and comfortable, spacious for family of 4. Internet gets slow at night, thinking everyone else in their Cabin using Internet so we all using at same time. No staff on property which a little concerning if we needed help, took a few hours to get checkin code after calling/emailing, but we were early to check in. Great playground on the property gor our little ones.

The office was closed at all times..the housekeeper open the cabin for my family and ask me for the payment but didn't have any terminal to charge me trough my credit card. It resulted that the owner was at Los Angeles and the only responsible for the cabin was the housekeeper who did not have credit card terminal. I had to send a picture of my credit card to the owner

The cabin is cute small & cozy the area is very calm and family oriented which we liked but the beds and couch were very uncomfortable we did not have a good night sleep one the 2 nights that we were there. The bed moves literally as you move, it rolles away and the mattress gives you back ache, the pillows seem like they are not wash both from the beds and the couch. The couch was also very uncomfortable and small the four of us did not fit in the couch so we had to sit on the kitchen chair to watch tv. The cleaniness was ok not the best as you have to wash your dishes and bag your trash before leaving or else they charge you a fee. They only had a broom i wish they had a mop instead because of the snow we bring in with our shoes the floor was wet so, we had to used the towels they had there to dry the floor. Also, they do provide blankets but we took ours which I'm glad we did because they had a smell but not a clean smell so we did not used them. We had a good time but not inside the cabin. We will not be returning!

Came to Big Bear for a weekend of skiing and needed a cabin to stay for a family of 3. This property was just a few minutes drive to the resort. We arrived at the property late after 9pm and staff was there to meet us. Wasn’t expecting to see and walk onto a front deck with plenty of pine tree debris but we were careful that we wouldn’t slip or trip on them. Inside was clean, cozy fireplace. No carpet flooring... Yayy! The huge Apple TV was a bonus! We did bring our own fold-up memory foam bed to lay on in front of the fireplace. We didn’t feel there was enough lighting inside the cabin. With the brownish-gray floors & wooden interior, it felt too dim. We brought bagels for breakfast but realized there was no toaster. Not sure if it was standard not to have a toaster in all the cabins. The fridge was too small! The tiniest freezer I have ever seen. Couldn’t fit anything else into it but ice trays. If you’re planning to stay longer than a weekend & cook or BBQ, there’s no way you can keep frozen meat or anything that needs to stay inside a freezer. Kitchen looked updated with nice countertops, gas range, and cabinets. Tiny shower. Queen bed was comfortable. Bedroom had a closet but no hangers. Nice and responsive staff when we needed more firewood. Our weekend stay was pleasant but wouldn’t recommend staying any longer than a weekend unless you’re planning to eat out all the time instead of cook.
