This place was great and the perfect size for our family of 5- we stayed in a 2 room suite. It has almost anything that you might need during your stay from cooking utensils to a washer and dryer. The property it beautiful and well kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was only being able to use the pool for one day of our 3 day stay due to maintenance but it wasn’t much of an issue because we had the lake nearby. Little stores and nice restaurants within walking distance.

The resort was the best! The staff was great, check out was super quick. Overall the stay was amazing a home away from home. They have everything you need. Will be back again and invite more family and friends to stay here.

This is condo style hotel. Our group has 2 families with 5 adults and 3 kids. We reserved a 4 bed and 4 bath unit. The unit is gorgeous, spacious living room with fireplace, big dining room with a table can sit at least 12 people. Kitchen has stainless sink, 5 burner stove, refrigerator, oven, microvave, center islands, different sized pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses etc. Bedrooms are big with walkin closets. 3 bedrooms have one king bed, one bedroom has two double beds. Every bathroom has separate shower and tub, very clean. Two car attached garage with direct access to the unit. There are washer and dryer in the unit too. We brought lots of food, cooked, uncooked, frozen, fresh. We had a good time staying for two nights. Very happy.

We stayed at a 3 bedroom town home. It was fabulous and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking ovens and stoves. One can tell they use fine craftsmanship to build these homes. There was also a room with laundry washer and dryer. It is perfect for a getaway for family or friends.

The front desk folks were very friendly and eager to help. That was nice after a long drive. The stay was slightly diminished, however, by an out-of-service elevator "due to circumstances beyond our control," which forced us to cart our luggage up a set of icy/slushy outside stairs to the car. There are no internal stairs to the indoor parking garage, one of several design flaws in the 'new' building in which we were housed. Thus, with a toddler in tow, we always had to use the outdoor stairs to get to/from the car. Not ideal. Also, the front desk folks didn't actually know where our unit was, and didn't offer to point it out to us on the map of the new building, until we asked how to get to our place, upon check-in. This should be an automatic service: "here's your room key and here's how to get to your room...." When we asked for guidance where to park and where the room was in this new building, the representative helping us said she hadn't actually been there yet. Uh, well, isn't that your job, to know where the rooms are? A small thing but not optimal for an upper-end property. Finally, the single car garage we were given was barely wide enough to park a small SUV in, without clipping the side-view mirrors. This is an architectual problem but fair warning to big families with big cars: Not much width to work with in the garage. The room itself was spacious and clean and well appointed. Woulda been nice to have basic cooking items like salt/pepper/oil on hand, tho.
