AC Hotel by Marriott Los Angeles South Bay

Stay was fine, but the pool is shared with the neighboring hotel. We were given a pool card, but that didn’t work and had to get someone to help us. The pool is small and it’s in a very windy location. It was a hot day and my boys were freezing. The breakfast buffet was very limited and charged $23 per person, even children. This upset me the most. A 6 and 7 year old don’t eat like adults do.

Bare minimum facilities. Not kid friendly

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The location was easily accessible to the airport and other local attractions and shopping. Ideal for families.

A quiet hotel closed to Lax airport. New building very nice rooms. It was a very good choice for our family. We enjoyed The pool it was warm and had very good hamburgers and drinks. Parking fee not included.

As a travel agent and also someone who travels often for business because I work music events in different cities, I have stayed at quite a few different hotels in many states. I have not come across one that checks so many boxes. ✔️Lobby clean and smelled so refreshing ✔️Friendly and accommodating staff ✔️Room was clean and had a good energy ✔️Bed was so comfy ✔️Love the double shower heads which made it easier to bathe my toddler son being there isn’t a tub ✔️Breakfast was great with a variety of flavors ✔️The rooftop bar was a nice cozy setting and had an awesome dj ✔️The environment was quiet and peaceful minus some of the heavy walking upstairs above me Overall I could say a few more things but I’ll leave it with this I would recommend this hotel to anyone if you are looking for any of the things I mentioned above. And I would like to say that their customer service is excellent. Matt and Vivi at the front desk were so kind and understanding since checking in. And were so sweet to my son. And Delilah has some of the most amazing energy and enthusiasm. The rooftop bar staff and the breakfast staff were also so nice to us. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

It was a great place to stay. My family enjoyed the stay and the flora was beautiful and had a really nice vibe.

It is new and very clean. The guest however were loud and obnoxious. I had to call the front desk twice to tell them to shut down the music. Then I heard them fighting and screaming early morning. There were loud footsteps upstairs and I also heard people literally punching in the wall. They did not clean the room the next day and did not replenish the supplies like water. I have to go downstairs in the middle of the night to get water for my child as they did not have enough staff to bring us water.

They charged me for a shuttle bus plus they didn’t help with luggage and made me and my husband carry are luggage with my 2 kids and my baby the shuttle bus took forever to pick us up I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone Traveling

My family and I were in Los Angeles for the memorial service for a loved one. My first interaction was arranging by phone for the shuttle. My second experience was interacting with the front desk. We were super early because of our flight arrival time and we were immediately accommodated and able to move into our room without having to wait till 4 PM. The shuttle arrived quickly. The gentleman who drove the shuttle was friendly. Parking was simple, we were able to get a little shut eye before joining our other family members. It was so nice to get right off of the plane and get excellent customer service from start to finish. Including a bit of an Including a bit of a late checkout! Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the hotel was super clean and very nicely appointed. We have already recommended it to others and will definitely stay here again when we are in the Los Angeles area.

Checked in right before midnight after a long day. First room in second floor smelled like dog urine, after going back down to the lobby and complained were sent to the 6th floor which has different decoration and looks nicer. The room now smelled like cigarette smoke even thought it was a non-smoking room. Went back down to the lobby and complained, got another room on 6th floor which was ok, overall checkin process was terrible plus not good in cleanliness which is the main reason we booked this hotel. Lobby kid was not welcoming, we’re not advised about the parking garage not connecting to the hotel after paying $27 for self-parking. Would not recommend this property even though the decoration and room is nice.
