Bath room design is not good when we stay with kids. We need to have flexibility to lock

Staff was friendly, check in was fast and simple, on site parking was a great benefit. My family loved the breakfast options available which really helped keep costs down for our trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet eventhough our room faced a busy road. The room and bathroom was clean. The amenities in the room were excellent.

Booked for 2 nights. On the second night, there was no water supply. I've a child with me, and it was horrid situation as we couldn't use bathrooms. Also, there was no water in the breakfast area, as the water supply was completely shut down.

This Hotel is a gem, specially for family with kids, it’s clean , has a indoor pool and lots of food choices a block away. The hotel breakfast is very good and included. The Staff is Great, specially Abby and Veronica!! The area around the hotel is clean and safer than most other areas. Very easy to get to from airport or in car. From this hotel you can go any direction and the freeway is a block away and the beach 5 minutes away. This a great choice!!!! I’m not getting paid to say this things!! We travel to LA five times a year and had stayed in different hotels that are nice, Ritz Carlton included and is nice !!! But we prefer this hotel especially with kids!!!! And going to activities and shopping everything is no more than 30 minutes away Disneyland, universal etc etc And he here to go to museums and they all 15 to 20 minutes away. Great choice! The only thing that would be great for hotel to improve is the water temperature at the pool Needs to be warmer for the kids to be able to enjoy.

Great property! My family stayed here around Thanksgiving and we were greeted by the friendliest staff, the property and room were clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent! 😊

Stayed overnight for a long layover in LA. Property and room were beautiful. Probably the best part was for my kids. They had a really nice continental breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. That degree of quality is pretty rare these days...
