Pros. Convenient to LAX. Airport shuttle efficient. Standard breakfast. Pool looked nice outside but didn’t use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons Came in to urine smelling lobby and room was very musty smelling Older building with 3 steps to elevators on each floor One elevator and just fit our family of 3 with luggages.

For the price and the convenience of how close to the airport this hotel is it was worth it. We stayed one night. The room had a weird smell so we kept the balcony door open. The air conditioner didn’t work great and dripped water from it. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast in the morning was convenient along with the shuttle to the airport.

We travelled as a family of three to see universal, Disney and Hollywood. This was a great location as it was kind of in the middle of everything. Amazing service, great breakfast, clean rooms. Ubers were always less than a minute away. No doubt I would recommend this for any family staying in California.

Conveniently located to airport. Offered a large selection of breakfast items. My kids enjoyed the pool. Overall a nice hotel to stay in.

We (a family with 2 young kids) arrived at the airport at 23:30h and there was no shuttle, we called no one picked up the phone, so we had to take an Uber. Upon arrival they said they rebooked us to a nearby hotel, so we had to walk there. When we got in the room, it only had a double bed and not 2 doubles as we booked for the four of us. So we had to walk back to the Fairfield. And then they did have a room for us. After long flights, traveling with 2 young kids, finally getting our room at 01:00h. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. I will never book here again.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We had a first floor room and it was very loud. People stomping on the floor above us all night and kids were loud running down the halls early. Breakfast had enough options. Bar was closed by the time we arrived.

We got off our cruise at 8am and had no where to go while we waited for our flight the next day. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind to give us a card to the pool while we waited, but also told us he would let us know when a room became available, which didn’t take long at all. We were traveling with two small children and I was not feeling good from the cruise, so it was very kind of him to get us in asap. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the employees we interacted with were very kind and happy. If we ever go back to LA, we will stay there again. Makes me want to be a loyal Marriott customer. Thank you!!

Parking was confusing, check-in portico inaccessible, check-in clerk rude and unhelpful, signage for elevators to room confusing (stairs to get to elevator? Strange!) At checkout, clerk was helpful and kind. Could not exit the parking area as instructed. Required multiple attempts to use parking pass and room key to no avail. 2 phone calls to front desk required in order to leave. Welcome to the hotel California. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave POSITIVES: was quiet, and I slept like a baby. Nice breakfast set up in morning

Clean, spacious room with excellent customer service! Close to the airport with a free, friendly and timely airport shuttle service. I would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel to my friends and family! 😃👍 😃👍
