Comfort Suites near Hot Springs Park

We always love staying at these hotels. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are roomy and clean, and the breakfast is awesome. My husband is a breakfast snob and gets so excited when we stay at these hotels because of the choices. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and the location is awesome too - close to everything!

The hotel hot tub had a very noxious fume that made me and my three children very sick.

Lots of children running up and down the hallways. The breakfast was nice.

We are a family of 5 and our 1st time time here to Hot Springs, Arkansas! Made our reservation online and the room was very clean! The beds were so comfy to us and the hot water lasted! The indoor pool and hot tub was a great way to end the evening and relax.. The breakfast was fresh, hot and good! We all got full! Thank you

I'm traveling with my 4 elementary age children and I feel very safe at this hotel. It's very well cared for and comfortable.

Comfort Suites near Hot Springs park is a perfect place to stay when visiting the area. It is close to major attractions and shopping centers. Their staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and roomy. Breakfast was phenomenal! Love the waffle machine and the lemon water they put out throughout the day! The only improvement or suggestions I would recommend is they ensure their visitors know that housekeeping is done upon requests if you stay more than 2 days. Otherwise, my family absolutely loved staying there!

inconvenience at the hotel I am staying at. We 4 families came from Dallas to spend time in hot springs at rooms 409,411,414 and 416. We had bed bugs issues on 409 and 411. Thus, we are cutting our vacation short and returning to back to Dallas because due to this issue.

They were very accommodating. Very nice. We actually got rained out of magic springs on sat and check in wasn’t til 3 and we had a friend and her daughter with us and we called to see if we could use the pool til check in time and if we could let our friends daughter come and they said yes and that they would get us checked in before 3. They allowed our friends daughter to use the pool as well. After the rain cleared we went back to magic springs and it was late we asked the front desk how much more would it be if our friend and her daughter just stayed the night with us and they said no charge and thanked us for asking. They provided extra towels for them and just they went above and beyond for us, way beyond what any other hotel did, the only complaint I have is there pool was very over treated with chemicals. Just sitting in there supervising the kids our lungs and eyes were burning. The kids were coughing and there eyes were turning red and they had to grab several towels to wipe there eyes they were burning so bad so we cut that short and showered the chemicals off them. We did let staff know and the said maintenance said to many people are peeing in the pool so that’s why it’s so heavily treated. Not sure with everyone not just us having issues if the chemicals were at a safe level.

Pool was extremely over chlorinated to the point you couldn’t be in the indoor pool enclosure for more than a few minutes when the coughing started and became more intense. My kids were disappointed with this and had zero interest in going back. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Morning breakfast was pretty good and varied daily somewhat. Room was quiet aside from vibrating a/c unit that kept us up the first night. Overall, I can say my stay was fair but can’t say I would necessarily go back.

Breakfast was ok...you had to wait so long for them to refill the food. Biggest issue for us was the pool area. The chlorine smell burned to breath in the pool area to amount of eye burning to just watch the kids play was ridiculous. No idea why this hotel woukd think this amount of chlorine is needed but our kids couldnt even enjoy the pool bc we coukdnt breath in there. We will not be back to this hotel again.
