It was nice to place to stay for a family weekend out! Did have a small ant problem but that was the only thing wrong.

This is a perfect hotel to travel with kids. It’s a great value, clean, very adequate is how I would describe it. Good location with a steakhouse and chain pharmacy in the parking lot and only minutes from all activities. I personally prefer a more luxurious type place but it was a great value for a quick get away. Beds could use an upgrade - that was our only complaint

Our overall stay was nice. If I had to say what I didnt like it would be the smell of marijuana in the hallway after we checked in as we had our children with us. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. My children enjoyed the pool. Although it was cloudy the second day. There are plenty of restaurants and stores including a Roadhouse steak house restaurant as well as a Walgreens within feet of the hotel. It's also not too far from the Oaklawn Casino and horse racing. We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suite and Inns. We would definitively stsy here again. I would definitively recommend this hotel. We love Hot Springs!!

The property is as advertised. Clean ,comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. Our stay was very good until the last evening when school bus load of children checked in. They were running the halls, slamming doors and using the hallway as their meeting room. This went on until after 11pm on a Sunday evening when we had to get up early the next morning. I don't know what the property could have done about it, but it was very annoying.

Conveniently located, just a a few miles away from Hot Springs National Park and near the exit to other attractions such as Garvan Gardens, Coleman Mining, and Ouachita Lake. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. The pool was perfect for our children, and our room was comfortable although the bathroom needs to be updated. Overall it was excellent.

Hotel was excellent very good location felt very safe there with our family of seven everything was clean sanitized couldn't ask for a better stay the breakfast was top notch staff was super nice. Close to all the restaurants downtown whatever you wanted to do easy and convenient.

The rooms were nice , pretty even! We had a short and sweet stay. Hayley at the front desk was great and helpful. My family was comfortable and there breakfast was just right for them. Thanks!

New scenic hotel that was worth every penny. Friendly staff from guest service to breakfast staff. Eco friendly inside to outside charging stations for electric cars. Made our family vacation great.
