The front desk staff was delightful before, during and after our stay. They answered our questions, were courteous and very attentive to our needs. All the hotel employees were the nicest I’ve encountered and I travel a lot. The staff working at the breakfast area were very kind too. Breakfast was good although we didn’t see pancakes or waffles! The pool was clean and safe for kids, the hotel in conveniently located. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel rooms are outdated, but at least they were clean.

Room was neat and clean. We had a king room which was nice and spacious. Table and two chairs. Liked that shower and toilet separate room from sink for getting ready. Noise from pool and screaming children was distracting but desk staff went right out there after we called them and noise subsided. Would stay again.

The rooms were clean & spacious for a family of 4. The staff was super nice! The included hot breakfast served cafeteria style was a plus!

Such a nice and clean hotel! Breakfast was fantastic and so are the staff! Definitely will stay again! Perfect for families like mine! The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfy and we have no complaints!

It was great .I took my grandkids on a weekend trip and we had so much fun .My grandson said they had the best breakfast ever .The rooms was clean and the staff was ready to help you with anything you needed . I would sy if you haven't stayed there you need to .

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool was well taken care of and our kids had a blast. Breakfast was good and the staff there, was great! Overall, a great place to stay and i would recommend to anyone staying in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

We were not pleased after driving 7 hours to arrive an hour and a half after check in to find a room was not ready. We were told we could wait outside until it was ready. A pregnant mom, dad, kids and a dog waited for an hour while they finished cleaning. It was frustrating. HOWEVER, everything after that was great. The room was cleaned super well. A hot, delicious, filling breakfast was included. It's only 5 minutes to the national park. The pool looked lovely, though we didn't use it. Overall we would happily stay there again.

We had a great time. Right down the road From the racetrack. Too many kids to brave the swimming pool but other than that it was a great place
