The spa is terrific for adults only, and a great feature to have access in the morning and night for guests. Be aware rooms listed as 'sleeps 3' is incorrect. We had a six year old and thought a bed for parents and pull-out couch or cot was available and it was not. So if you have non-baby children, best get additional rooms, or stay elsewhere.

Nice hotel, although I don’t feel as though the advertising on children not being able to use the indoor pool was at all clear. For this reason I would have stayed elsewhere. Also I think for the nightly rates the spa access window should be bigger. Other than that, decent hotel in a good location.

Really lovely, most welcoming and friendly staff. Felt comfortable needing gluten free as coeliac. Lovely afternoon tea and wonderful breakfast gorgeous room and attention to detail. So sad we had to leave early due to a family crisis

A beautiful property. The room was on the small side but laid out nicely so that it didn’t feel uncomfortably so. The bed was very comfortable. Minibar and Nesprrsso machine provided complimentary beverages. Location was excellent for access to train station and sightseeing. The reason that I can not give five stars is that I was traveling with my son and did not see buried at the bottom of the information page that entrance to the spa is for age 16 and above. We chose the hotel at a higher price than surrounding so that we could spend time in the bath - at 14, he was not allowed. This information should be more clearly stated in the main description of the hotel amenities, not in the fine print at the very bottom. I had one very unhappy kid.

The hotel & spa are nice but there were a few minuses. Only upon arrival did we learn that children are not permitted into the spa. It would have been nice if this was clearly stated in the profile of the hotel as we would have chosen another hotel. Secondly the restaurant was not working on the evening. Which was an inconvenience as we have a small child and it made it challenging as our child goes to sleep at 7:00 pm. This was most problematic on the first night of our stay, and we had to order from a very limited room service menu. The hotel staff were pleasant. But the omissions of information were annoying.

From the time we arrived till the day we left we felt welcomed. The junior king suite was beautiful, roomy, and clean. The spa was the best! Highly recommend.

I would recommend this Hotel to all my family and friends as we had the most amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and very attentive, nothing was to much. We had the surprise of having our rooms upgraded. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were greeted by lovely staff and enjoyed the opportunity to check in early. With an appointment to go to the spa-like indoor pool, we swam & used the steam, sauna, and cool room facilities until we went to explore the ancient roman spa just around the corner. The room was lovely with high ceilings and a wonderful layout for me and my two daughters. We felt oh so special with a delivered bottle of wine with a note from the management and then some locally made cheese with crackers. We will return to this hotel with the whole family and stay for more days upon our next visit. Exceptional!
