Our second stay here and apparently the hotel of choice for parents dropping off kids at uni. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable and service is great. Will stay again

Lovely room & good sleep as usual. What used to be a v serene spa area was full of yelling children when i went, but maybe i went at the wrong time. Not sure if theres adult-only times for it, but would be an idea!

The room wasn't clean and we asked to change the bed covers because it was very dirty and not changed from the previous ones, also th water disconnected at night and I couldn't use the toilet or take my shower and my baby shower as well. To be honest it dosent worth the price that i paid for.

Friendly check in, excellent family room with 2 giant and comfortable beds. Convenient to walk across Bath. Wish we had time for the pool.

Basic hotel. Stayed in the family room not much better than a Premier Inn but costs a lot more. Poor value for money but the hotel is pleasant enough. The swimming pool is very small. The steam room was out of order. The sauna was okay. Didn't experience breakfast at £26 per person.

Such an amazing hotel. The best we've had in this trip. Everything well maintained. Great location. Exquisite service. They upgraded us to a family room. Highly recommended.

All staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations for food and experiences. Our room was exactly what we needed and I particularly loved the soaking bathtub. Our full English breakfast at Orange Artichoke as a delight, setting the bar high for the rest of the breakfasts on our trip. We would highly recommend your hotel to any friends or family planning a visit.

We were extremely impressed with the breakfast ordered. The pool was a little cold but very nice. We would definitely choose to stay here again and have recommended to friends and family.

Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already, we will certainly be back because the kids love it, and I love the spa too!
