Average stay at the Doubletree in Bath. Dining options were limited and not told that food was not served past 9:30pm for dinner when arriving so a few disappointed kids unable to get dessert. Room was cleaned to a minimal standard throughout stay also but feels like the hotel was struggling with recruiting staff throughout but not what was expected from a Hilton.

We stayed as a family with our disabled daughter. Our family room was really lovely. It was a good size, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice breakfast as well. The main negative issue we had was there was only one working lift at the hotel - which made access for us quite difficult. Apart from this we had a really good stay

Excellent location, room size and comfort and caring staff. The bed could be more comfortable, although the size was more than good. There was a gap between the bed and the wall, due to some "wheels" on the bed head, and we had to fill that gap with some cushions from the couch. Besides that, very comfortable and cozy room for a family of 3.

Absolutely lovely stay at the doubletree Hilton in the centre of Bath. The staff were wonderful especially Holly and Warwick who went over and above to accommodate my family. The room was beautiful lovely view over city comfortable and really clean. It was really good value and all are expectations were met and often exceeded by all staff going the extra mile.

Nice hotel, easy walking distance from Roman baths. Good breakfast which catering for all tastes. Dedicated Gluten free toaster. Shame that the shower hadn't been properly cleaned before our check-in (hairs +++ and dirty towels on floor of shower). Beds made for family of 4 but only 2 cups and 2 clean towels Situation rectified quickly following phone call to reception.

The stored baggage was a mess and my main luggage (containing car keys) was taken by another family even though they were tagged. Room (131) had a continuous high pitch noise coming from outside, which ended late at night and started early, it could be heard even with the windows closed. Sounded like a water system issue. Some painting and cleaning are needed, in reception, the ceiling near the men's is damaged and needs repainting. In the rooms, there was mould in the shower.

Good location in Bath. Hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast options were good and evening drinks in the bar were peaceful. Sofa bed options for families are not the best but bearable for a couple of nights. Check in and digital key via the app was brilliant.

It was good. Central location. Nice hotel. Good breakfast but paid extra for this. Just pricey for a small room for a family of 4. And paying parking on top.
