This was a great place for my family of seven: myself and husband, our 2 kids age 9 and 1, my mom, and my 2 adult sisters. We were able to walk to anywhere in old San Juan, the view was lovely, the pool was nice for kids. It had air conditioning and a full kitchen. The staff was lovely. Would do again!!!

We had a great stay at La Terraza. There was a bit of an issue checking in on time, but the receptionist was very kind and friendly and did her best to get things moving. Our stay was comfortable and easy other than that small issue. Loved the rooftop and the staff was so helpful in providing pack-n-plays for the kids in our party.

This place is terrible the photos online don’t match its current condition in person . The rooms are dirty the bathrooms are dirty all the appliances and fixtures are really old. This place needs a renovation and new beds appliances and everything that comes with a boutique hotel. I am disgusted at the fact that they charge so much and everything is falling apart and old. The roof top is terrible. The showers don’t work and the e pool doesn’t look like it’s been maintained in years. Very disappointing. The owner should be concerned about the guest because this owner obviously doesn’t care about this property. Also do not bring your kids here IT IS NOT SAFE!!!

If you are looking for a hotel with a pool you might want to reconsider for it is really small and highly chlorinated. The hotel has a lot of charm, However, the room I stayed in with my family you could hear the elevator all night and early morning.

Situated perfectly in Old Town San Juan. Great view of the city from the rooftop. Excellent value based on what we spent. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends and family.

The property was nice, room was comfortable, There's NO parking and really hard to unload your baggage in the middle of the street wile holding traffic, the kid in the front desk wasn't to much help on where to park the car, I recomend to just Uber there if you have too, I don't see myself coming back to this hotel.
