This property is a budget-friendly option in the heart of Condado Beach. Only a short stroll to a public beach area (exit the report and walk left. Then turn left at the Rakuten Asian cuisine restaurant. Walk pass Walgreens and cross the street until you reach the water. Two chairs and umbrella rentals available at a reasonable price ($20).
Bring wash cloths as only towels were provided. We could never get our television to work. We called for assistance but no one ever came. This wasn’t a big deal since we were not in the room except to shower and sleep, but it’s worth noting that you may have to follow up on requests.
The pool was small but nestled in a cozy spot. The common areas were great for catching a breeze and eating family meals. What really makes this resort a great place to stay is its proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and places of interest at a fraction of the cost. We felt safe walking in the area at night but still exercised caution.
There is no breakfast, only coffee, occasional fruit, and bread, so plan to eat elsewhere. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some lacked any enthusiasm with greeting or assisting but were adequate. The front desk staff with the pony tail was AMAZING. He gave us restaurant suggestions and directions to all the places we wanted to visit. I wish I could remember his name. We did have a slight issue with misinformation being provided, but we were able to amicably sort things out. All is well that ends well.

The pool is to small so we never spent anytime in it. Definitely not a place for a family with kids. Also, in order to watch tv the WiFi needs to work and it never did or you could sign in to your streaming channels but there might be fees for that. The internet connection was terrible. Other than that, it’s convenient to the beach and local restaurants.

JUST DONT! The app they want you to use was useless since it never opened our door so we got a key.
Couldn’t get a hot shower for the entire 5 days we were there… then the pipes burst. I knew this place wasn’t gonna be the Condado Vanderbilt or La Concha but dear God I wasn’t expecting what we walked into. The noise never stops, the entire place echoes, you hear everything magnified. The pool is a bad joke, think concrete kiddie pool.
This place is closer to a youth hostel then a “boutique” hotel. Pay a few $$$ more & go somewhere nicer.

This little hotel is located quite nicely that’s stone throwaway from beach. Location wise it scores all 5 stars. Plenty of dining options all around the hotel.
Housecleaning staff were prompt, courteous and go out of the way to help. Front desk people are totally useless and good for nothing. I stayed for 5 nights and complained about tv not working in the room. They couldn’t get it fixed in all those 5 days. I kept checking for all 5 days and each day they had a new story to tell.
The hotel offers complimentary toast and coffee in the mornings which may be useful to some. This hotel is more for couples and families shall look elsewhere.

No parking at premises nor the neighborhood. Half of the family had to travel back to a family member home because no parking whatsoever to leave car. worst experience ever. No hot water to shower.

I spent a very relaxing night at the Coral Princess Hotel. The room was nice and comfy. The bed and bedding are of great quality so I slept like a baby. Great location and no hassle with parking. The coffee and complimentary continental breakfast were a plus!

Every time I come to this hotel they treat me like family , I’ve been coming to this hotel for years when I stay in San Juan and the staff is always friendly and respectful. As always Luis and lourna are always the most helpful and look out for me as repeat customer. I recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a small, older hotel that was recently renovated. It is clean and the staff personnel are friendly and helpful. The rooms seem a bit small (for 2 adults and 1 child) and the furniture simple but adequate. The ceiling is high, which gives it less of a boxy feeling. The breakfast is included, not fancy, but much better than a simple continental breakfast. I would stay there again.
