The hotel was fantastic! The beach was beautiful and the beach staff always had chairs and umbrellas available! The pool with water slide was a hit with the whole family. It was very convenient with lots of dining options within walking distance and an easy drive to Old San Juan.

They were wonderful to my family and made it a fantastic time, while we celebrated our daughter's 16th Birthday. From check-in to dining, pool, slide, beach, and back to food options, it was the best experience we've ever had. It was the perfect choice for us.

Perfect spot to be while on vacation! This hotel had it all the beautiful views, the pools, the ocean and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Good for the whole family, a group of friends or you and your plus one! The staffs at the pools and ocean was great, really appreciate them! Only thing was missing was a microwave in the room, and the front desk staffs could be more friendly! I will definitely be back!

The staff members at this location were wonderful! Front desk, pool / beach security, pool attendants, our floor attendant Jessica all were so very kind and helpful with everything on our 4 day stay. The hotel is located right on the beach, next to many delicious restaurants and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. Beautiful beach and pool. We stayed in an Ocean View room and the views were spectacular. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property is clean and walking distance to many things. The pool area is very nice but also very slippery. You almost need to tip toe around the pool deck to be safe from falling. Upon chevkin the room i rented and paid for was not available so i had to downgrade my room. They did give our family free breakfast to make up for this. I also wanted to book excursions at the excursion desk but they were not very helpful. They took my name and avtivities i wanted to do and contact information and then never not once reached back out to me. Day 2 i booked my own on my own. Overall it was a very good stay. Just a few snaggles but i would definitely stay again.

The billing staff was horrible. Especially, because i bought my package via Expedia. They charged me the entire hotel stay cost again, even when i told them that i had paid via Expedia. I had to go through expedia's agent and take the costs off. Multiple times they charged me for breakfast even when the breakfast was included in the room charges. I had to dispute that with my credit card company. The rooms were smaller than what the photos show. The housekeeping entered the room without permission at 8AM and woke my family up.

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet. But the hotel was amazing, and right on the beach! The pool area is not for the kids even though the slide empties into pool, the people at the pool bar tend to takeover.
