Hyatt Place Manati

Staff was exceptional and the area had kids of food and shopping pluss the beach was a hop and a skip from the hotel. 9/10

I can't say enough about the staff. They are so nice and professional. They are friendly and just good people. This is how it should be. I have stayed at much fancier hotels that can learn from this staff and how they run the hotel. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people and this staff definitely knows that. This is my go to place now when I'm in this area visiting family. Thank you all so.much.

A wonderful place for family

I visited PR with family for my mother's birthday and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially I was somewhat concerned about the distance from tourist attractions, but it ended up being really nice. The casino is located a couple buildings down from the hotel and there is a shuttle service which helped during the moments of rain. There's a 24-hour cafe area and the coffee is delicious, I really enjoyed the stay and would visit again!

The Hyatt Manati was nice and the staff exceptional. Staff is extremely polite and ready to assist with any issues. We had 2 rooms that were nice sized for our family. Clean and our towels and room supplies kept stocked. Grounds were clean- pool clean and never over crowded.The area has plenty of bakery restuarants- the area is ok but at night- it was desolate- felt a bit unsafe-Breakfast was a nice perk but was too basic-I am not requesting anything gourmet or expensive-small details Instead of giving sliced bread-assorted rolls or the Puerto Rican Pan sobao- white sliced bread- really Hyatt - a Tiny bit of effort - either pancakes or french toast- doesn't have to be both- one more coffee beverage- everything else was great!! Would recommend for families or quick business trips. Definetely recommend and will stay again in Manati- Marie T

Everything felt like family

Very affordable for a family of 5, my kids loved it especially the pool, friendly staff

It’s the best hotel in town very clean and perfect for executive you can work and bring your family very close to the capital and medical city.

I like most everything about property my family and me had a excellent time,in the breakfast area one of the lady that clean and take care of dishes had a bad attitude when people ask her for something plus she was cleaning table when someone is using it soo disrespectful, only that everyone else soo polite frint desk,lady who clean our toom very nice,breakfast area soo rude.
