The location was clean and had all the usual amenities. Unfortunately, the front desk reception was also the barrista. My family and I had to wait 10-15 min to be checked in.

I had booked a suite but because I arrived before checkin time (4pm), they offered me a junior suite that didn’t have a balcony. I agreed to the room change, but instantly wished I waited the 3 hours for the actual suite I anticipated getting. The service was great, staff friendly. The shower was not as clean as it could be. The shower head was damaged n leaking. Water pressure wasn’t that great. The bed was not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you’d make the slightest movement. The couch looked like it had some pet hair on it which was a put off. Other than that, the stay was ok. I was there for 4 nights. Plenty of closet space, I liked the sink being in a separate space from the toilet n shower, and I liked the fact the mini fridge actually worked and kept my drinks cold.

This was THE perfect vacation spot for me and my family. There is so much to do within walking distance and big malls and outlets malls are within a 30 minute drive. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is a notch above professional and courtesy. 10 stars...

The location is inconvenient. Not thing around at all. The cleanliness is not good. Our family stay there for 6 night with 2 room. They only provide room services at the first 2 days and the charged restore fees for that. breakfast is included but it was a lot of people...a lot a lot. Feel like eating in a shelter.

I was skeptical bc there were a lot of mixed reviews, but it was safe, the kids enjoyed it, the breakfast included was pretty good especially expecting a regular continental breakfast and it actually being warm fresh food…there’s a casino on the property and a huge mall right behind the property at a 5 minute walking distance…later check in than normal hotels…..they accommodated me with the check in when my flight was delayed my whole family completely enjoyed this experience

This is not the place to stay at if you’re looking to spend time at a beach. It’s too far! HOWEVER, if you are in town for business, visiting family or some other intended stay, look no further. Great location, convenient parking, an amazing complimentary breakfast and a warm and welcoming staff are at your service.

This Hotel was ok, but I had to pay $11.95 per day for parking, which is not included, and none of the staff ever mentioned that the pool was empty and that it was not working. no body ask me if I want to still stay in the hotel with out this situation of the pool, that makes my children stay worry about that. 2 surprises ;(
