This hotel was amazing! Great free breakfast daily, lovely pool with swim up bar and happy hour every night with drinks and snacks for the kids from 5-7pm. I will definitely go back!

The hotel was fantastic and in a great location! It’s about a block and a half from the beach which the hotel has designated lounge chairs and umbrellas at no additional cost. It’s walking distance if you don’t have a car to restaurants and even a pharmacy for extra sunblock etc. The room was fine, nothing special but suitable for families and very clean. The breakfast buffet is exactly that, a buffet but it gets you fed and the coffee was fantastic. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again. Only one annoyance was that the Peloton was not working and nobody there seemed to know what do with it which is crazy. It’s plug in, connect to WiFi and go. I don’t know why that was a hardship but if you’re not working out, then this isn’t a big deal at all.

This property is a good option for a short-trip stay where you'll be out and about. The location is very convenient as it's walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, casinos, and the beach.
Pool view is not worth the extra money so I'd recommend saving on that unless you have unattended children at the pool.
Breakfast, however, is most definitely worth it and my favorite amenity besides the curtains. Would stay again.

My family (husband and kids) spent 5 days and 5 nights here. I will say everything was smooth easy and convenient. Staff was accessible and friendly. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned and stocked up room with toilets and water. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. I think that the free breakfast 6am-10am & cocktail hour 5pm-7pm everyday was just an added plus. Pool gets a little crowded but still reasonably enjoyable. When you go to the beach the chairs and umbrella shouldn’t be charged. As long as you find the correct one with hotel. The manager for the beach that was connected to the hotel literally started the day we came and kind of wasn’t sure just offered us two chairs and one umbrella. Besides that hotel with my family was great and we had no issues.

I always stay at Hilton properties for the last 35 years and I actually stayed at this hotel 20 years ago, the public areas are still freshly renovated and the rooms are exactly the same back in 2002 but they managed to keep up the property very well, the staff is still great, breakfast also very good, however back then I had the most wonderful sleep and now the beds are so hard you can’t get a good night sleep. They said they are new back in October 2023 but nothing will make it better, even with the purchase of two foam pads per bed. We actually missed going to excursions due to lack of sleep and pain. Unfortunately this ranked my worst vacation in 35 years and it kinda spoiled it for me since I grew up there as a child. Also shocking how Isla Verde has deteriorated since I last been there and sadly so much is still under repair after hurricanes. The discover Puerto Rico website is not up to date, Camuy Caves are still under repair but no notice on the site or when you call. Also Expedia notifies you of an estimate for resort fees but it was double when I checked it from $220 to $418, so a mark against which ever is responsible for supplying that estimate.

People kidd and adults allowed to go into the pool with all their clothes on and some guests were allowed to stand by happy hour drink their drinks and get served repliedly with out giving others a chance and no one said anything. Pillows are terrible flat doors closed very fast and loud

Too many pegion and people going into the pool with all their street clothes. The hotel should have rules kids where eating in the pool. No supervision.

Reliable. Reliable. What you would expect if you have stayed at a Hampton Inn before. Great service, well maintained property, clean, good bed, and the typical Hampton breakfast that is great for kids; waffle, cereal, fruit, etc.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many delicious options for breakfast. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. They also have a 24 hour store on site. I loved the complimentary two hours of drinks and snacks. Places to eat, shop and the beach are within walking distance. They also have a pool side bar/restaurant on site. We do not drive so it was easy to get a taxi as the hotel had taxi drivers on hand. My family and I had a wonderful stay!
