Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort

Was a wonderful place to stay at and perfect for couples or family vacation!

I enjoyed the proximity from the airport, as well as the on premises facilities. Drawback is car is absolutely needed in the event you want to go to desirable locations. That said, I did have a car which did not factor into the equation, but the surrounding things to do were at minimum 25 minute drive. for example, old San Juan. That said, the rainforest was 50 minute drive, the bioluminescent experience was two hours away, unless you want to compromise with the Fajardo excursion, which was one hour away. The island is absolutely picturesque, so driving wasn’t awful, but with young children can be a little difficult. The restaurant at the hotel was spot on and Beach was calm enough to swim WITHOUT additional concerns for Turbulent conditions, which factors in at nearby beaches seen in Condado area. Being a coffee snob, I was disappointed with the coffee bar they had. But I did pack an aeropress with my own beans That I ground Onyx coffee with for iced coffee that allowed us to enjoy the oceanfront view with delicious Coffee from Onyx on the provided table and chairs set up on balcony.

Nice hotel!! Recommended!! The room was a little bit dated and I think it could be renewed. Cleaning service noisy and our baby could not sleep well!

Great prpoerty right on tbe ocean with lots to do for tbe kids

Didn’t like the location hard to get around. Uber was too expensive with the exception of the pool staff and the bell hoppers. The employees are very rude and nasty especially some supervisor named Isha over at the hotel restaurant was embarrassed for my family by her rude attitude will never stay here again. Had my daughter change her reservations to another hotel, so she Didn’t encounter the same problems me and my family did

the whole stay at this place was a nightmare. the beds have either fleas or bed bugs one or the other. my family and I all have hundreds of bug bites we got from staying there. our room didn’t get cleaned three nights out of our stay. the food is overpriced and not great. If you have a rental car, parking is not included in your stay. staff at the reception is rude. only pleasant ppl there are the bartender in the lobby and the gentleman who take your luggage to your room. the entire hotel smells like wet or moldy carpet. overall super overpriced for the quality. won’t be staying here again. pools were nice and clean, not overly crowded most days and the beach area is beautiful. pool bar doesn’t stay open late. WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there.

We got there early in the morning (6am) and they were able to do early check in and it was perfect because we had two small children! Loved everything about this place and everyone was very friendly!

Traveled with family for a quick visit. Hotel stay was comfortable. Beach and pool areas very clean and safe. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay, everything is needed where your at. 4 pools: kiddos, toddlers, handicap/special needs & of course adults with swim up bar. But 1 Jacuzzi with no strong jets 😢 3 restaurants, casino, free water, No shuttle there & back & they only take ca$h. Other than that had a great time, staff very professional,clean. Ocean clean secluded, they bring out your chairs & umbrella 🏖️ as well. I'll be definitely going back!

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a girls trip and the second a family getaway. Both times it didn’t disappoint. If you want to be on the beach with great amenities but an Uber ride away from old San Juan and the placitas this is the perfect location. I would also recommend one of their excursions. Would absolutely stay again.
