The hotel offered the most enjoyable stay during our 3 days stay. The check-in was seamless, stay convenient and services offered were unique. We plan to recommend the hotel to our family and friends who plan to undertake a trip to Mexico City.

The hotel's location is excellent and the building is clean and modern. Nice view of the marina. The shopping mall access is also very convenient. However, there are a couple of drawbacks that you should be aware of. Firstly, the room only has a coffeemaker, so you should expect to eat all your meals outside (the 2nd floor of the Shopping mall has a food court). Additionally, the free shuttle bus to Club Beach is not worth it, as the beach facilities are excellent but the beach has a tiny swimming area with very shallow water (I guess for kids only).

This Renaissance property did not disappoint. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. I loved the contemporary esthetic. The fact that is was linked to an upscale mall with many shopping and dining options was great. I had memorable meals at Cao and Cantina la 20. The whole vibe was family friendly but refined. I would definitely stay there again since it’s a bit removed from the crazy, wild part of Cancun, but you can get there easily if you want it too.

Really good hotel with nice breakfast. However breakfast staff could be better. I traveled with my 3 kids and husband. Highly recommend the view of this hotel.

This property was amazing! Staff was amazing! I came to this hotel by myself and it was so safe. It was also family friendly and the scenery was beautiful! I will be visiting again with my daughter!

The property was connected to a mall which had other food options, shopping and things to do for your kids. The staff was amazing, it was my birthday so they made me some birthday sweets. The food was good and the hotel was very quiet. Covid testing was convenient and located inside the hotel.
