No towels available. At. All. Found this out after we checked in and wanted to take our showers before headed back to USA the following morning. Screaming and yelling kids until 10pm was… fun? We think the only reason it stopped was due to a quick rainstorm. Then at 8am the next day we heard singing/music and what seemed like all the furniture in the room above us dragged around and around for 45 minutes. For a 1 night stay due to having to stay an extra day (Thanks Hurricane Beryl) at least the bed was comfortable although would’ve liked to sleep in until at least 8:30am. B’Fast was the highlight of the stay.

This is a beautiful old Spanish style hotel very beautiful abba amazing staff not far from the downtown strip. Amazing pool and swim up bar rooms were great as well. Are flight got canceled for two days and they really took care of us like family!

A really nice hotel in downtown Cancun. The bed was great. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating My only regret is that I booked for one night before joining my family at an all inclusive. I could’ve stayed here a month for a week there. I will be back.

I spent one week with my family of four persons. Everything was fine, the cleaners, the breakfast was really good with a big variety, except two things. First it was very difficult to obtain four towels in the bathroom. Twice I had to ask several times the receptionists who assured me that the room service will bring the towels and they didn’t. That was annoying. The second point, my wife after we had breakfast, went back to the restaurant to get another coffee, and the breakfast was still served, one of the waiters run at her and told her that she cannot get any other drinks, because she finished having breakfast. That was a bit unusual in an open buffet breakfast!

I always stay at the Adhara Hacienda when I vacation in Cancun. Great price for this convenient hotel. Staff is great. Walking distance from the main bus station and other transportation to Playa del Carmen. I recently had a family member that ended up in the hospital with a serious illness and had to cancel my first attempt at a Cancun vacation this year. I called them only one day before I was scheduled to stay at the Adhara and they said they would refund my money. I'm a loyal Adhara customer.

One of the best 3 star hotels I’ve ever been to! Everything was great, including a stylish atmosphere, clean rooms, big pool, unlimited breakfast buffet and so many delicious food options, nice staff, free shuttle to the beach! The only downside for me was that it’s a family-friendly hotel so there were many screaming kids… But overall it’s a great deal for the price, I recommend Adhara!
