My stay was quite satisfactory but I want to congratulate the frontdesk staff in a great way. When my flight was delayed, they helped my family settle in without any worries. Apart from being extremely friendly and professional. Thank you very much. no problem. I could come back

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful as well. The only big negative for me and my family was the off location of the hotel from any beaches around there. There are no beaches around there where you can walk to. You will have to drive to go to any public beaches, therefore, you will require a car. The hotel is at mid point between San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Other than that, good place to stay and there are good eating options around the hotel. The pool on 5th floor (on top floor) was very nice and clean as well.

I didn't like several things that made my experience really miserable:
(1) I was checked in in a room already assigned to another guest. You can imagine checking in at 11 PM and entering to a room where someone else is already sleeping.
(2) On Christmas eve I had a dinner with relatives and friends. Well, there was no electricity and water. The water return between 2-3 AM in the morning. The staff did not inform anything, avoided the guests, it was a mess. Of course me and my family needed to shower before attending our party. We ended up not going.
(3) The property was making some renovations and they kept drilling right above my room between 9AM to 7 AM. Again, the hotel did not apologize for this. They said nothing could be done. This was really really annoying, impossible to stay in the room, wake up late, anything.
(4) I booked 2 rooms, one for my wife and myself and another for my 2 daughters. My daughters room had a very bad smell which was related to mold. I kept complaining about it and just after 4 days of reporting this twice a day, they offer to change that room.
Think twice before deciding to stay here. Maybe I was unlucky but I don't know, too many negative things. The only positive was the breakfast and the location.

Liked the property but the front desk staff are astonishingly rude and unhelpful. Long wait times for check in (2 hrs) Unaccommodating and avoidant staff. Not just to my family but many people in line before me complaining about the situation too. I’m honestly so chill and easy especially while on vacation but this was above and beyond. Maybe it was an off day for them??? Who knows. Definitely messed up our whole days plans though.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The check in process was not pleasant. They overbooked the hotel and they separated our family group. The next day they kicked us out of the room and we had to leave our lounge in the reception area. However, the rooms are clean, food was good, and the bartender was really nice and helpful. They also have a spa that is beautiful and relaxing. The pool view is amazing. Would have given a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the unpleasant experience during check in.

The experience was horrible starting with the receptionist Yanli, at the front desk and finishing with the Manager. They were soooo rude. I will definitely won't come back to this hotel nor recommend it to anyone. We had a reservation along with my sister and she had a reservation for 5, 4 adults and 1 child. She called ahead 3 times to confirm it was possible and the 3 times she called, she was told that she just had to pay for a rollaway bed. Whan we got there Yanli said that it was not possible that she needed to get another room.
