Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort

This is hands down the best service and hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the minute you arrive you are treated like nothing short of royalty. The staff makes you feel like you are the most important guest at the hotel. The grounds are pristine, the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Our butler service was outstanding. Every small detail is thought of at this resort and the staff make you feel like family. We were there during the passing of Hurricane Hilary. At another resort this probably would have been a trip ruining turn of events, but not at Las Ventanas. They accommodated us with all kinds of amazing activities that kept us out of the weather. Tequila, and wine tastings. Salsa Dancing, Fitness classes, spa accommodations. The food at the resort is spectacular and La Botica Speak East night club is a very special place to spend evenings listening to live entertainment enjoying incredible drinks. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Waldo the guest experience manager. He is AWESOME! He made our stay so special, and it's a pleasure to now call him our friend. To Whom It May Concern,` First and foremost, I must say that this is by far the most beautiful resort that my family and I have ever visited. Words cannot do it any justice because one must witness this paradise in person in order to fully appreciate its beauty and tranquility. It was my daughter’s ninth birthday and we were celebrating this joyous occasion. Upon arrival, my daughter was greeted with Mariachi; a virgin frozen margarita; and a prop cake. This came as a surprise; however, the presentation was spectacular. Our family was greeted by Waldo, who exhibited a such positive energy and vibes. Upon completion of the introduction to the resort, Waldo directed us to Mayra, our Butler, who then provided us with a tour of the resort and guided us to our room. Mayra went above and beyond the scope of her duties to ensure that we were aware of the array of amenities and services readily available at the resort. I regret not booking more nights here; however, I am pleased with this experience and am happy to share it with others. If you want an extraordinary experience and make some amazing memories, this is the place for you. I rate this property and the staff five stars and if I could give a higher rating I would. God willing, we will be back soon.
