Definitely not a 5-star property, which wasn't surprising given the price. I had an incling something was 'off' with how much it was advertised on social media. 5-star resorts don't need to do that much.
Food was average. Only 2 water bottles given per room without option to pay for more. No minibar or coffee maker in rooms. Facilities need updating with bathrooms being less than comfortable. Speaking of which, few towels in the bathroom and always had to ask for more despite us having 4 guests in the room all week. Common areas could be better air conditioned. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Pools were comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed kids club.
Was an ok stay but will stay elsewhere next time.

Great family friendly resort. Rooms were clean. Pools were great. Kids Club for the little ones that they enjoyed. Good breakfast buffet. Good margaritas. Service at the pool was good, otherwise quite slow in restaurants, etc….
Spa was phenomenal. Massage with Hector was so good. Very impressed with the spa over all!

Great place to stay and relax. All the rooms have an ocean view!
The only con is the outrageous prices on everything!
Taco Tuesday is $50 per person for unlimited tacos. You kidding me, we are in Mexico, I can eat unlimited tacos in LA and it won’t cost me $50.
Two coffees and a croissant is like $15. Pricing is insane. I rather take Uber and go have dinner at a local restaurant with more authentic food for fraction of a price. Otherwise hotel is great.

The property itself is nice and clean and the staff is ultra friendly and helpful.
The adult pools were great but would be nice if they had a better kids pool. The kids slide doesn't really slide and it was extremely small.
There is nowhere offsite within walking distance to grab a cheaper bite to eat. The restaurants are very expensive and the onsite shop to buy any necessities and snacks are very expensive. I paid approximately $50 USD for water, gatorade, pretzel snack, and sun block. To me, that's unacceptable but I had no other choice. Also - the site did not accept cash (USD or MXN) which made the currency exchange worthless - I basically lost money on the fees changing to MXN and coming back to change back to USD.

The property was very nice. We did the lrivate plunge pull wluld highly recommend. It came with nreakfast included, which was great the forst 2 days. But the last day we had to eat out of one of their banquet hall their were in disaster mode since there was a tropical storm off of the coast. It never made land fall but they did it as a precautionary messure. They did have rolling blackouts 2 night in a row. The hotel had back up generators for essential lighting(hallways and restrooms etc.) but not for plugs or anything else. This is a more more family friendly resort. If you looking for a romantic couples get away the plunge pool was great but you will have familys walking by the pool regularly to get to one of the public resort pools. The service was incredible! I would rank 7/10. Lack of privacy on the plunge pool, rolling blackouts, and some other nit-picking things. Service really makes this resort special

Property is very clean and well maintained. Staff are exceptional; friendly and very attentive. Swimmable beach. Great pools.
Compared to other Hiltons we have stayed in Mexico, I’d say this has the least activities for toddlers. Expedia description made us think that our 19 months will have a great time in kids pool- there is only one small water slide that is only for older kids. We previously stayed at Hilton Cancun and their kids pool was wonderful with a lot of water activities of all ages. Also, the kids club is only for kids 4yrs and older. Nothing for toddlers😔. Kids meals are very limited as well. Food is pricey Although tasty. Overall the resort is great but we will not be returning to this Hilton with kids.

Excellent hotel located at a brilliant spot that allows you to use the beach (although it is rather dangerous for kids as most of beaches at los Cabos) and the pools and enjoy some beautiful scenery.
The room we booked said “oceanic views” but actually overlooked the neighboring building and could barely see the ocean line at the horizon. The hotel management said it was a problem from Expedia and how Expedia did its marketing…
Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel. My only complaint is that some (not all) of the personnel was not helpful or was only interested in tips and above all, they were super inefficient. This was fortunately compensated by a few employees which were extraordinary both with adults and with our child.

Came for anniversary. Loved it as a romantic spot yet also can’t wait to come back with our little boy. Property is divided so there’s a kids area around the corner of a wing - very smart so it can be a family place and also a place for adults to have fun and relax. Wonderful staff.
