Thank you Hotel Okura Macau. Staffs were very nice to my kids and they provided an amazing service. Our trip was wonderful. We definitely will return to this hotel next time.

If you have kids and celebrating their birthday, Okura Macau will prepare the room with kid tent in the room and provide fruit basket, birthday cake and a birthday box full of sweets and biscuits for the birthday boy/ girl. At Level 6 of Okura, your kids can also enjoy 2 Galaxykiz activities per day. As Okura is a Expedia VIP access hotel, you will also enjoy free Limo to and fro the airport.

Service was excellent, staff are very efficient and customer focused . There was slight delay in check in but we got upgraded and received complimentary fruit plata. Hotel was in pristine condition and the water park was great entertainment for kids . Overall it was an excellent experience
