Sheraton Grand Macao

The location of the hotel was fantastic and well connected. We managed to change our rooms the next day to connecting ones as we were travelling as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly and made the stay a very pleasant experience. Well definitely stay at this hotel when we next visit Macau.

when we first arrived at the check-in area, we were told that counter is only for sands members, and im not, so the staff asked me to go to another area. but there'no clear sign which counter is for other customers, so we walked and walked, when i asked another staff on our way, she said there's only 1 counter for check-in. We were shocked, so we walked back to the sands-members only counter and asked again. Luckily, there's another staff kindly walk us to the real counter. Really appreciated it. then we booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child. when we arrived at the room, there's nothing for the child, so we called room service for pillows, slippers and so on and they were fast, they settled everything in a blink. this is not the first time we stayed here, yet we were surprised to see a hole inside the washroom, you can tell its from the hanger in the door and also there isn't any suitable adapter inside the washroom for the hair dryer provided by the hotel. Thats really surprising.Hopefully, this could be improved in the future. Lastly, the hotel was so nice to send us some treats and the check-out was fast.

Nice trip with family with nice service Hotel

Nice holiday weekend with family staying in the suites. Walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants.

Location is great. It was the cheapest hotel available that is attached to the Venetian mall, but the price was not cheap at all given the summer holiday inflation. We went with kids and it was convenient to visit kid friendly attractions in the area. The main complain I have is the sheets, could be a cultural thing but there was no flat sheet, just a silk duvet which does not feel nice against dry flaky skin.

The check in was rather slow. Staff also gave misinformation about breakfast policy. The room was nice and its great for family with kids.

wait for long hr for check in. room inside is very old. don't book this hotel if u go with family. only wait for check in at least 2 hrs no matter what time.

Booked 2 rooms at the Sheraton for it's location (it's very convenient to get around). We had a lovely view of Studio City and the Eiffel Tower opposite (stunning at night time). The main entrance to the hotel is spectacular. After reading several reviews, I wasn't looking forward to the check-in queues. We checked in mid afternoon and everything was completed within 30 mins or so - so guess we were lucky as it didn't take long and the receptionist was friendly! The furniture is a little dated but other than that, the rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. We came to Macau for a special occasion and it was nice of the hotel to meet my request for my family members - thank you for your kind gesture and I hope to visit again soon!

The staff is very good, all very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with them. However the check in queue was MASSIVE. I waited in the special queue carrying my baby and even then it was an hour. The rooms are average and adequate but there are only bare amenities. Just one small bottle of everything in bathroom for 3 people and just one or two teabags. I would have expected better from Sheraton
