We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff! Polite, courteous and unobtrusive. The bar, restaurants and room had every accommodation. Location was a nice positive. I will most definitely return to your establishment and tell my friends and family about the wonderful experience. Thank you for the umbrellas!

This is a wonderful family run hotel that is first rate. We truly enjoyed the whole experience from arriving by taxi and everything else that followed. The whole staff was polite, efficient and represented the Saturnia Hotel well throughout our stay. Thank You so much for making our first short visit to Venice a very special experience.

The property was much better than we expected. Staff was friendly, room as large and vaulted ceiling was nice. They provided crib for baby. Only issue we had was mosquito on the last night but that was due to the rain that night so can't hold it against the hotel.

Fabulous hotel.staff, service, room, food, location wildly exceeded our high expectations. Literally 2 mins from Piazza San Marco, Grand canal Vaporetta stop. La Fenice Teatro. Our junior suite was massive and had a balcony overlooking a small canal and the water taxi hotel entrance. The attached restaurant amazing food and service ( expensive ) gave us a free glass of champagne to finish our meal! Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast is included

Terrific hotel right near Saint Mark's Square. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent (and extensive!) breakfast with many tasty options. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the roof deck is an absolute gem. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Saturnia immensely.

This was a great hotel which made me and my family very happy. The breakfast buffet was great, the room was very nice and the staff friendly.
Also easy location to get to the Venice attractions from.

This hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the Basilica of San Marco and Doges Palace. The hotel is very nice, but the staff is amazing. From the time we walked in until the time we left, they were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in Europe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We had an early flight home and they helped us arrange a water taxi to the airport and even had a to-go breakfast waiting for us. The hotel is very kid friendly.

Wonderful hotel - location couldn't be better, we had a quadruple room which worked so well for us and the kids. Breakfast was wonderful and all the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent with great variety and tasty selections. We especially loved sitting at a table with our family enjoying the food and planning the day ahead. The service kept the tables clean. coffee cups filled and the food options replenished at all times. Especially loved the waffles and fresh pastries. Overall this met our expections and beyond.

First class, 5th generation family run. Original art-deco features have been updated over the century including wardrobes and furniture. Staff also helpful. Breakfast buffett in the restaurant included, were very filling and had a large range of choices hot and cold. I recommend this hotel to everybody.
