Property falls in the average category. Reasonably clean and maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is of average construction. Walls are not soundproof so if a light sleeper you will hear tv’s on and baby’s crying and noise from the hallways.

The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. What was a little disappointing is that the hotel only has two floors and no elevator. Guests on the second floor must therefore go up and downstairs to carry their luggage. I unfortunately had to experience this and it was cumbersome carrying up my equipment on the second floor especially when my wife and I were travelling with our special needs child. The elevator factor was one issue but the complimentary breakfast I found truly disappointing. I was looking forward to some delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages. Sadly, I was treated to some fake eggs (not chicken eggs) and the greasiest sausages I have ever tasted. The cold section was alright with some yoghurt and cereal selection but the idea of "comfort" particularly when it comes to the food does not ring true. If one is looking to sleep in a decent room (if you are fortunate enough to stay on the first floor) and eat out when it pleases you then this place is for you. I give it a 3 out of 5.

Property was clean and staff friendly. Our room was in the middle of a bunch of kids and they ran the halls, made lots of noise and slammed doors starting at 7 am. Very noisy and disturbing for 3 senior ladies.

We booked this hotel for a 2 room one night stay. Although this hotel is non-smoking, it clearly wasn't always this way. The entire place smelt of smoke and we had to change rooms 3 times before we were satisfied. This hotel is not handicap friendly, they don't even have automatic doors. Trying to get in with our luggage and a baby was extremley difficult. The one room we had with a king bed was very spacious. The shower however was home to many insects. My daughter cried at how unclean it was while trying to bath her. The man at the front desk could use some training. He had a few questions about our payment method and decided to approach me and disscuss this while preparing my breakfast in front of other hotel guests. The only highlight of the trip was the waffle machine. Very unimpressed overall and we will NEVER return to this hotel.
