Expedia booked a room for my family and I that was not available. I arrived, after spending the day without electricity or heat, to be turned away at the desk because Expedia allowed a booking that didn't exist.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Windsor was a perfect place for our family of 5. The rooms are clean, roomy and the breakfast is great in the am. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and walking distance to the lovely river to watch the beautiful sunset over the bridge across the river. The proximity to the US border is amazing as well.

This is a great for business travel and family vacation. The building itself I believe is old but they must have done renovations in recent year S as the interior looks new and updated. The suite we had was very spacious so we felt at home with the four of us. It also had a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials. The bath is also spacious and modern. Good breakfast with lots of selections. They even provided paper bag for those on the go. The hotel is also literally next door to the fun water park and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the newly renovated park which is beautiful.
