Room was good and comfortable. Young kids seemed to make a mess of the hallways and running around unattended. The sauna was out of service which was disappointing, but the pool and hot tub were nice and latter especially was very warm which was good quality and relieving. The conditioner for hair was empty upon our arrival into the room.

This was a great stay. The lobby and room were immaculate. The restaurant was fabulous and the service from our waiter was the best I have had in years. There is a park close by for the kids and we went to the Clay and Glass museum 5 minutes away.

Came to visit family in Kitchener. This hotel is awesome - clean, front desk helpful and the Proof Restaurant and Bar’s food and drinks are delicious!

We loved the restaurant but didn't like the prices... lol!!! The fitness center was amazing!!! The pool and spa were clean and spotless. The kids loved that there were toys (balls) that they could throw around the pool. The smart TV with NETFLIX was AMAZING!!!! We had adjoining rooms and it literally made all the difference!!! Thank you so much for accomodating us!!!

The staff were very helpful. I had some family members come to visit me at the hotel while attending a special event in the city, and they went out of their way to make sure the were greeted and looked after.
