Excellent option for star with your family. Location and service were perfect. The hotel is new or refurbished so the conditions couldnt be better. Rooms comfortable and clean.

I booked two rooms queen beds adjacent to each other, however I made a mistake and booked it for the wrong day. The hotel was accommodating and was able to book me another room however it was on a different floor and I was separated from my child. Nonetheless, I would still book this property again.

I stayed at this hotel about a year ago with a friend of mine after visiting Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. The hotel was new, clean, and had a great breakfast. This is why I decided to stay at this hotel during my family's visit this year. The hotel's condition was exactly the same as it was a year ago. It was also a convenient location between Niagara-on-the-Lake and Toronto.

There was only one issue. There was a weird acting women and I feel like they should have brought her to a room and deal with her instead of her acting out aggressively in the lobby. I understand they were having trouble but I made us feel a bit unsafe with our children.

It was a very nice hotel. Unfortunately there was a basketball tournament in the area so lots of families with kids were staying at the hotel the night we were there and they were quite loud in the hallways long into the evening. This is not the fault of the hotel but it would be nice if there were some enforced rules/expectations about that.

Weekend stay with a hockey team, hotel was excellent. Clean, recently updated and the staff were friendly and helpful. Kids had fun in the pool, areas in the lobby for families to get together rather than clog up the hallways and disturb guests. Reception and security staff were exceptional

The hotel was great, Parking was nice, there was a wide variety for breakfast, The lobby was beautiful and spacious. The thing is the bed was too soft, same with the pillows my neck in the morning was giving me problems. the pool seemed as if it wasn't clean, my kids found a few hair balls in there. other then that pretty good hotel and would maybe come back again.
