Thanks to the staff for arranging the breakfast take away bags for the family, as we had to checkout early in the morning. It was nice experience, very peaceful, no bad smells around, very clean and quite , safe place.

This hotel was newer and still sparkling. Check in was great with a courteous staff. The free hot breakfast on the first day was good. They have an automatic pancake machine and the bag was empty and they replaced it promptly. The king size bed and room was outstanding. Clean, new and fresh. The pool did look inviting, but was too cold for this freezebaby. On the second morning, the free hot breakfast was non-existent because everything was gone. This was at 8:55 AM and breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. My husband asked the kitchen staff for hot food and she said. “We’re Done.” Obviously, I went to the front desk and they immediately demanded them to make hot food as there were 25-30 people who were still looking to eat. That was the only bad part. We would stay here again.

Was nice and close to what was needed food wise, gas and shopping!! The pool was great for the kids. The gym was well equipped for a workout away from home too!!

We loved everything about this property!! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful 🙂

The hotel was newer (built in 2017) and the outer facade was clean and neat. The lobby was also very inviting. The hotel is situated near the expressway and about 10 minutes from Niagara Falls. Not to mention, the hotel is across the expressway from an outlet mall. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay again

3 night stay with the wife and children and it was everything we were hoping for. Clean, quiet, safe with ample free parking. The only downside was during check in, the woman checking is in seemed a bit pretentious and unfriendly. Technically she was “professional” but certainly not warm and welcoming. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I definitely recommend them and will most likely be back.
