Check-in was excellently done by Lucy. I am gratefull for the upgraded suite professionally done with approval of the manager. Americana has being my kids favourite hotel due to the indoor water park. Will surely visit again.

Wish I had known the kids area and hot tub were under renovation. This trip was a first for my son and would have liked the kids area to be open.

Our shower would only run hot water or cold. There was no inbetween.. the bed had hair in it.
The hotel was pretty and fun but could have been cleaned better. The water park is small but good for small kids.

Fun water park for young kids. Any kid 10 and younger will have fun. It is not a big place older kids coild get bored.
Been hwre with my kids and now grand kids will continue to come.

This was a great place for my kids - they had a ball! The rooms were stuffy as were the hallways. The noise traveled in the hallways so kept us up multiple times through the night with kids running through the hallways.
We actually really enjoyed Boston Pizza (restaurant within the hotel) for dinner. We opted for another restaurant down the block for breakfast since the reviews for Fields were terrible.
Kathy at check-in was very nice and helpful. Jasmin at checkout was awesome. I requested late checkout but she told me they couldn't due to many guest arriving which I totally understood. She called me back 5 minutes later to say that they could accommodate my request for 1 hour - what a treat! She didn't have to call me back but she took the time to do so!
Waterpark: water bucket and small slides were closed but it wasn't a big deal for us. Unfortunately the wave pool closed multiple times due to guest issues (vomit and BM) but staff handled it quickly and efficiently.

We llve cominf here with our family. They are super accomodating, friendly staff and rooms are clean. Gives family an affordable fun weekend in one place.

Staff was helpful and attentive. Fresh towels and toiletries daily. Rooms arent brand new but nice. The waterpark is just big enough to let the kids have fun but not lose track of them. The arcade needs some work. Overall we had a great time!
