Overnight stay, very clean. Large group of children on a school trip and they took over the breakfast area i the morning.

Very nice hotel and good price. Rented king bed with pull out couch suite, travelling with kids. Couch springy but kids didn’t mind. The public bathroom on first floor was quite dirty and the breakfast wasn’t great tasting/ quality. Would recommend though for families. Very clean otherwise and friendly staff. No issues.

The family enjoyed our stay here. Good value and close to lots of food options. The only problem was the pool was out of service. We were able to access the pool at a different hotel, which was fine, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise it was a good stay!

I came to Ottawa to bring my sick child to CHEO I pile of stayed at the rotel for cheaper but to make it more fun we rented a hotel with a pool well that wasn’t great because the hotel allows swimming lessons and we were not able to use to pool properly. This hotel was expensive and this is not ok

We really enjoyed our stay. The housekeepers did an excellent job!! First thing we noticed upon entering the room was it smelled nice and fresh. Our room was well stocked with towels, hand towels and washcloths. The entire staff that we had spoken to while we were there, all seemed so pleasant and knowledgable. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely be booking here again. The breakfast was great as well. We were disapointed the pool was closed the morning we left though, the kids were really looking forward to that. Still 5 star for us!

My expectations for a Holiday Inn were disappointed. The elevator was out of service, the carpets had stains, the tub/shower had hair in it, the toilet seat wasn’t fastene and the sign as you are checking in at the front desk warned of break-ins. My family felt unsafe at the hotel due to all of these issues and to be honest. For the amount of money they charged we certainly didn’t get our moneys worth or peace of mind.

They allowed children to pound on doors at all hours of the night, play hockey in the hallways, and ride the elevatorsnup and down all day. Onnthe Sunday of our visit the elevators would not work to go down, only up. We had to carry our luggage down 6 floors of stairs. Not to mention the fire alarm ringing at 9am on a Sunday no one knowing how to turn it off.

The 2 queen suite was roomy, and a nice layout, even though it was all one room. Staff was great about bringing extra towels. Only a few minor complaints: the breakfast room was too small for the Spring Break crowd (we ended up bringing breakfast back to our room b/c no tables available). Pool was smaller than expected, and apparently they let people hold swim lessons there, which was a bit awkward trying to keep little ones on just one side of the pool. This happened on 3 of our 4 days there.

Very clean nice hotel. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there and we were supposed to have adjoining rooms with family so had to move to a different floor so that was upsetting. Then, lugged my 3 kids and all our stuff to the 5th floor and neither of my room keys worked so had to go back to the front desk. Also, the website shows a hot tub and there isn’t one they took it out! That was very disappointing.
