We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and entered our room. The size of the room was perfect for my family of six. Everything was well cleaned and the furniture in the space was easily moved to accommodate our needs. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

All good, the only two issues (still important ones): 1 - The water in the pool is too cold. 2 - No much spaces for breakfast so we (family of 4 being 2 toddlers) ended up standing for long time until we could get a table. Other than that it's a great hotel.

I loved how the room was set up with a kitchen, giving us the option to make our own food; plus the fact that if there was something we needed, we could simply ask. We only stayed the one night, but if we are in Ottawa again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here. The room was larger than what I usually see plus a huge bathroom; you could dance in there, it's so big. The bed was comfortable; I slept like a content baby. I also loved that there were no mirrors in the bedroom area. Mirrors in the bedroom never made me feel comfortable, so thank you for that. Check in was a breeze, thank you so much. I was impressed there was a gym [and a pool], but again, we arrived late and left early so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of these wonderful options. And to top it all off, I had a tasty breakfast of pancakes and sausages; there were so many options that I had a difficult time choosing; I am very grateful there was hot food. Thank you all. :)

Like the kitchen, very practical. And the kids loved the pool.

Close to family and comfortable

From the moment I checked in until my check out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. The check and check in were smooth and I really enjoyed my three night stay while transferring from extended hospitalization and convalescence into my new apartment. The bed was very comfortable. As the hotel is only three blocks from my new residence it will be handy for family and friends who come to visit.

Our family came in for funeral and stayed a few days. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Recommend

Great stay. The shower door is a inconvenient design. To turn on the shower you have to reach around the door because the t dry pot opens inward in front of the shower. As a parent I had to soak my arm to start the shower for my child.
