Very clean, the breakfast was okay, easy parking, had a pool for our children to use. Would stay again!

I love how the property was clean but they but kids with ni supervision’s next to my suit and i wasn’t able to sleep for 2 night . I complain 3 times and stiff try to talk to the supervision person i think it was teacher and he didn’t do anything , the kids was playing basketball at 11 pm inside the room it was really bad experience.

I booked a King Suite but was given a King. I argued with the front desk for a refund on the difference. After going back-forth with Expedia, the hotel told us they'd issue the refund - we still haven't received it. Make sure you check your rooms. Also, the rooms aren't cleaned every day. We stayed three nights, and on the second day, the towels were swapped out. There was no cleaning other than that. It seems as though the hotel staff are very junior, and there's only ever one person at the "front desk," which is a mobile podium, not an actual reception.

We did not get the room we wanted and ended up near the noisy elevators. There were kids running through the halls late at night and early in the morning. We did not get queen beds as requested. Not our best stay at this hotel which is our regular hotel choice.

Hockey kids groups coming and going, shouting and going from room to room. It was a bit disruptive for our dogs while we were staying in the hotel between closes on a house.

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean, and comfortable our stay was. We have young children who were very excited to be in the room and play in the pool. Staff were excellent and friendly. We will plan to visit again with the hotel being the main attraction.
